What a gem of a place! Ordered 3 Christmas decorations but unfortunately only had 2 in stock so they refunded me for one. To my surprise though they included a alternative at no extra cost and it match perfectly with the other 2! Was so surprised and what a lovely gesture, especially for Christmas.

Last year I bought decorations and had them delivered. The service was faultless, and the items all arrived in perfect condition and I was kept informed through the whole process.
This year I ordered online, but I decided to collect the items in person. I've just returned. The shop was beautiful and the lady in the shop was really friendly and helpful. I will be returning next year.

Really friendly service year on year. Love the set up of being able to select your own tree which just adds to the magic. Trees are a good quality with little drop and delivery always as promised. No plans to go anywhere else for a tree!!

Stagsden Christmas trees is a wonderful place to really start enjoying all things Christmas. As a family we go and decide which tree we need. We have the choice of taking it with us or it being delivered. The shop has wonderful decorations to decorate the tree and more. The log burning fire and friendly staff are always wonderful, and in all, a fantastic experience l repeat every year. Thanks you.
