Thank you so much for these incredible boxes! I had high expectations, and Marvin handled everything like a true chef. I was a little skeptical at first, but I definitely recommend and will absolutely work with you again very soon!

I ordered a second time from StackUp Packaging and this time the experience was not smooth at all, and my issues and concerns have been ignored. I'm so disappointed. I have packaging that was not printed the way we discussed, the direction of the front and back of the business cards are going in opposite directions. The colors are not consistent across the business cards and sample cards. I submitted pictures and then was asked to provide a video, all of which I have done. Since submitting the video, no one returns my calls, texts or emails, to Marvin Johnson directly or to the StackUp Packaging. The order was placed on 3/26, it was not received until 5/7. I sent pictures and Marvin said that the production manager was out of the office for weeks and then on 6/4 asked that I send a video of the issues. I sent the video to Marvin but I haven't receive a response since and calls, emails, texts to Marvin and to Stackup Packaging have gone unanswered.

Marvin was always responsive and accommodating. I have a new business and knew very little about all that was involved with ordering the packaging I needed. Marvin was very patient with me and helped me through each step of the process. He made sure everything was just as I wanted it to be. The boxes and labels turned out perfectly and I am very pleased. Marvin is wonderful to work with!
