Great results and service!
We have had boxes made by several different businesses, but these turned out the best. The color and quality were more than we expected.
Our packaging expert was quick, easy to communicate with and always had the answers we were looking for.
Working with Alesia was reassuring. I hadn't worked with this company and was nervous about our first order but all worked out fine. The order shipped quickly and was of high quality. The box thickness was nice and the printing was perfect. We forgot to ask about the PMS color so the box color didn't match what we had printed before but I felt that was my oversight - granted it wasn't asked when I placed the order either. My recommendation is for the company to confirm colors in the future. Luckily I can work with it so we are good!
Customer service was good and fair. We had a small issue with some coloring on Pacific Packagings part and some left off wording on our part. We worked together to get it all fixed. Shipping on our original order was fast. Pricing was good.
We will use this company again.
I have worked with several companies and had horrible experience in the past. Before choosing PacificPackagings, I can’t deny I was a bit afraid since this company seemed to be “new” (although they aren’t) that it would be a scam. They continuously assured me they were legit and I couldn’t be happier that I trusted them! Not only was Alesia wonderful with my questions and reassurance but my order arrived EXACTLY as I dreamed of. I’m definitely continuing to work with them and advise you choose them too! My only regret is that I didn’t use them sooner!
