Everything was well organised. A special thank you to our driver Vidura. He was so nice with us, always on time, giving good advices. Moreover he drove very smoothly which is not easy at all because traffic can be very intense here.

A wonderful 5 days with Chathura, we felt totally looked after, he was very kind and considerate and ensured we saw the sights and escorted to our accommodation.

Chanaka was a great driver and with him was easy to reach all places around Sri Lanka, discovering also some gems through his help. He was patient with us and always available to help. Definetely we will ask again for him we should come back to Sri Lanka.

We cannot recommend Jaya highly enough. From the moment he arrived at the airport with the biggest smile and seashell necklaces for us and the kids, we knew we were in safe hands. Throughout the trip he went above and beyond bringing treats for the children, fresh fruit for us, and always checking in to make sure everyone was happy and comfortable.

Jaya is the kindest, most genuine person and made us feel completely safe at all times. He shared great local insights without ever being pushy, helped us on hikes with the kids, and was absolutely brilliant with them. He always made sure we were treated fairly and got the best prices, which we really appreciated.

Super professional, thoughtful and truly lovely we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. What a great guy. We would highly recommend Jaya to anyone travelling in Sri Lanka, especially if you have children.

Iris and the team at Digital Tourism ensured our 14-day journey around Sri Lanka was smooth sailing all the way. Iris communicated clearly and promptly, answering all our questions, even after a recent cyclone and flooding had left us feeling uncertain about the accessibility of some roads. On top of that, we were blessed to be paired with the most wonderful of drivers - Prabath - who greeted us at the airport with a smile and became a valued travelling companion throughout our journey. His professionalism, expert navigation, kindness and generous spirit were the perfect match for our little family, including our daughter and my wife’s elderly mother. The convenience and reassurance of having a friendly, reliable driver took away any stress we may have felt about travelling. We had a great experience with Sri Lanka Driver guide from booking our driver, safaris and whale watching experience to dropping us back at the airport at the end.

Prasal greeted us with a warm welcome at the airport and was fantastic throughout. His driving skills were outstanding, we were all amazed how he navigated the challenging traffic with ease! Prasal showcased his home country and we all fell in love with it!
He answered so many questions to improve our understanding of religious sites, showed us beautiful views of mountains, oceans and waterfalls and pointed out animals along the way as he would say “every day is a Safari” it was a truly amazing trip! We can’t wait to come back.

I read reviews on the company before first contacting them and based on the positive reviews I decided to send an inquiry. I have been extremely impressed by the communication I have received from the company. Nishani was wonderful to deal with. He answered all my questions and was always very speedy with his replies. Leading up to the tour he was in contact with me to confirm details and provide my driver's information. When my flight was canceled due to weather my arrival to Sri Lanka was delayed by 1 day. Nishani rearranged all my travel and hotel arrangements that needed to be fixed and told me they would do everything to help and take care of me. My driver Wasantha was incredible. I can't say enough good things about how he took such great care of us and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was punctual every day, his van was always very clean, and he had water for us daily. Because of the airline delays that changed our 4 day tour into a 3 day tour Wasantha worked 14 hour days so that we could do everything we had originally planned with our 4 day itinerary into 3 days. He also arranged the salaries for us, asked if we wanted to book a massage(which he booked for us) and took us to a wood carving shop to get a souvenir. He was constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. His driving was very safe and I felt very comfortable riding with him. I hope to pass his information on in the future to any of my friends who would like to come here. I highly recommend this tour company and tour guide. They made sure everything was perfect. Our driver, Vihanga, was excellent. He was a great driver - navigating us through some tricky traffic and he kept the car clean everyday. He took us to some out of the way spots and helped us avoid the real touristy things we didn’t want to see. He shared his knowledge of his country and its people with great knowledge and passion. Very personable and funny. He made us feel welcome, and safe. We would recommend him anytime!

I recently completed a 15‑day journey through Sri Lanka with my chauffeur, Ranul, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Ranul is unfailingly polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. His knowledge of the places we visited added real depth to my trip, and he also suggested several sites I hadn’t originally considered, each one well worth seeing.

On the road, he is a careful and attentive driver, which made every journey feel smooth and safe. As a sole female traveller, feeling secure was important to me, and I always felt completely at ease in his care.

This style of touring, having a dedicated driver and car, made exploring Sri Lanka both comfortable and enriching. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit. It allowed me to see the country at a relaxed pace, with local insight and thoughtful guidance throughout.

Couldn’t recommend this more. We were a family of 5 and Harsha helped make the trip truly memorable. He was so thoughtful in making sure we got to try all types of local food, see the best sites and where necessary organise tours, and generally arranging and coordinating everything in between to take the stress away of travel. He went above and beyond what I would expect. We were sad to say goodbye after a brilliant 9 days!

We recently completed an 8-day tour of Sri Lanka organized with Digital Tourism, and we couldn't be more satisfied. From the very beginning, the agency and our contact person, Nishani, proved to be extremely reliable. Communication was always immediate and easy; even before the trip started, Nishani answered all our questions promptly. Moreover, she stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire journey to ensure everything was going perfectly. Thanks to her professional support, we had a wonderfully tour.

Our driver, Malinda, was the perfect companion for this journey. He is truly a good and reliable person who constantly made sure everything was going as it should. We were touched by his kindness: from the beautiful welcome necklaces we received upon arrival, to the thoughtful photo montage he gifted us before departure, featuring photos of him with me and my wife Francesca taken during our trip.

Malinda is an excellent driver. He is so skilled and calm that it is easy to relax in the car with him, even in the middle of the heavy traffic in big cities like Colombo or on the most treacherous roads. In fact, we felt so safe and comfortable that we even fell asleep several times! Furthermore, the car was always perfectly clean and well-maintained. He is also super punctual; we never had to wait for him even once. He is very discreet and always leaves you your own space, never being intrusive. He always ensured that we did everything in safety, constantly checking that we were never in difficulty on any occasion.

What we also appreciated was the wealth of knowledge he shared. Since we were very interested in the local culture, we asked him many questions, and he shared fascinating facts about daily life, history, and the diverse religions of Sri Lanka. In the temples, he answered our curiosities about Buddha’s life and Buddhist philosophy, including insights into meditation and how to lead a fulfilling life following Buddhist principles as a philosophy of living.

His flexibility was outstanding, always adapting the itinerary to our needs. Beyond our planned stops, he suggested gems like the magical Nalanda Gedige, the Nuwara Eliya Post Office, and a vibrant local market. He also recommended Goyambokka beach, which was a fantastic tip. Malinda helped us everywhere with entrance fees and attraction tickets. Logistically, he was impeccable: he ensured we had the correct train tickets from Ambewela to Ella and double-checked our Yala safari booking to ensure we had online tickets and priority access.

We highly recommend Digital Tourism, Nishani, and especially Malinda for an authentic and perfectly organized experience. If we return to Sri Lanka, we will definitely make sure to visit the places we missed with him.
