Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I assumed all the pieces would connect together, but they don’t all fit together and the purpose was for a class to be able to make a puzzle together.

Great Material, but size and weight are a challenge
Great Material, But Size and Weight Are a Challenge
I love the material and design of these chairs for kids - they're definitely a highlight! However, I was surprised by their size and weight. In my small childminding setting, they take up more space than I anticipated, and they're quite heavy, making it difficult for me to rearrange or store them when not in use.
While they'd likely be perfect for a larger home or spacious play area, they're not the best fit for my needs. If you're considering these chairs for a similar setting, be sure to measure your space carefully and consider whether the size and weight will work for you.

We're always looking to improve, so your comments will be shared with our product team for future consideration. If you ever need advice on more compact or lightweight alternatives, please don't hesitate to get in touch – we’d be happy to help.
Thanks again for your review and for choosing Springboard.
Highly recommended
I was missing a letter from a new set of alphabet pebbles. I contacted customer service and received a prompt response. They were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue within a week. I received the missing letter without any hassle. Excellent service I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again.
