The colour does not match the photos at all. In the pictures it appears to be a warm chocolate brown, however in real life it looks greyish and very cool-toned. It looks nothing like the image shown, which caught me completely off guard.
I also paid £6.99 for next-day delivery, yet the order arrived two days later and wasn’t even dispatched on time. This was extremely disappointing.
On top of that, the wrapping paper cost £2.99, meaning I spent around £11 in total only for the order to arrive late. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and shows a lack of reliability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order from this store again.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order.
We understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn’t match expectations, especially when colour is important. Product photography can sometimes appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting, but your comments have been shared with our team to review the images and improve accuracy where possible.
Regarding the delivery, we’ve checked the tracking and can confirm the order was placed on the evening of 14th December, dispatched on 15th, and delivered on 16th via a next-day service with DPD. We’re sorry if this timing still caused confusion and appreciate how important timely delivery is, especially at this time of year.
Thank you again for your honest review, we take all feedback seriously and will continue working to improve the experience for every customer.
The parcel was well wrapped and arrived earlier than expected.
The parcel was well wrapped and arrived earlier than expected. I was so pleased to find the soap flakes online and they are fragrance free which is essential for me with my allergies.

I placed an order for copier paper
I placed an order for copier paper, but due to a shipment error, the order was only partly delivered. In life, it's not about the problem, but how it is managed and the solution arrived at. Suzanne was really helpful and we managed to overcome the issue. I'd be happy to recommend Springboard Supplies to anyone.

easy site to use. Trike arrived shortly and box looks good and strong. Have not opened as this is a birthday present and grandson does not get to see it too soon.

Thank you for your lovely review! We're so pleased to hear the site was easy to use and that the trike arrived quickly and in great condition. We hope your grandson has a fantastic birthday and enjoys his new trike when the time comes!
Thanks again for choosing Springboard.
Springboard is great but check the contents of your craft kit before the session!
I love Springboard as a supplier for children's Arts and Crafts although the contents of the kits can vary as you never quite know what "decorations" are included.
Just a warning about the butterfly spirals - the instructions state - each child to decorate 4 to 5 coloured butterflies to stick on the spiral....however there were only 60 butterflies so that's only 2 per child if you were making 30 spirals. So check the contents ahead of time.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for continuing to choose Springboard for your arts and crafts supplies!
We really appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the butterfly spirals and the kit contents. We're sorry for any confusion caused by the quantity mismatch in the instructions - that’s certainly something we’ll look into with our product team to improve future packaging and descriptions.
Thanks again for your honest review, it really helps us improve!
My grandson love his doll
My grandson love his doll. Only thing is, there isn't any clothes on site to purchase. I was actually told after sending a email to point this out, that I could buy the puppet clothes if I was handy with a needle!!! Sarcasm, not sure, flippant, don't know!! Wasn't happy with response.
