i can confirm that the rest of the reviews for this website aren't bogus. I ordered two shirts for roughly 100 bucks that were supposed to be print by demand, i waited for 4 months, wrote about 3 different mails to which i never got a detailed response when the products are arriving and in the end i simply received a refund since apparently the shirts got out of stock somehow yet they were print to demand??? i just have a feeling the borrowed money from me and nothing else lol
only rating it 2 stars because i actually got my money back

TLDR: I ordered a sticker back in May. Three months later, I still haven't received it, it actually hasn't even been printed, and they can't tell me when it might be.

Full Story: I ordered a sticker back in May and received an order confirmation on May 11. One month later, my sticker still hasn't shown up and the tracking link they gave me doesn't work. I reach out to their support bot on their website and I hear back on June 4. They say my order must have gotten lost in the mail but they're happy to reprint it and send it again. It should get to me by June 22.

On June 23, I reach back out to let them know it never arrived. No response.

On July 13, I reach back out again to ask for an update on my order and a tracking link that works. They say my order must have gotten lost in the mail but they're happy to reprint it and send it again. It should get to me by August 4.

On July 31, I reach out to let them know I still haven't received a tracking number yet. They let me know that my order is still being processed but they'll get to it "as soon as possible".

On August 6, I ask them when I can expect my order to be processed by, since we're now past the third expected delivery date. They respond that they'll do their best to process my order and can't provide an exact shipping date at this time.

How hard is it to print a sticker?

Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with my experience.

And because I can already feel it coming, I don't need a response here letting me know how sorry you are and how you're going to try to make it right. I'd rather you use the time it would take you to write that to go print my sticker, put it in an envelope, and send it to the address I've now confirmed for you three times.

And by the way, they don't have a customer support phone number. The only way to interact with customer support is through email.

I used to use this company for merch for streaming. Customers had to wait nearly a year to receive orders and Ive been waiting for my payout for said orders for 11 MONTHS! Im expecting to wake up to an article saying they have gone out of business any day now. You get absolutely nowhere trying to engage their customer support. Those people probably hear a hundred complaints a day at this point.

Ordered a t shirt off them, print was off centre and looks washed out like they were running out of ink or something, cost me 30 quid plus shippimng. disgraceful really...

As of July 2026 (from my experience), the site now redirects to amazecommerce.com. As a creator, I was never notified of this change and there is no transfer of existing account or information to the new site. Over the past few years, product offerings have dwindled down to nothing (without admittance or notification to creators) and my domain has been held hostage without options to maintain myself. Now I have a few ongoing orders and there has been ZERO response from support, even from the new contact form on AmazeCommerce.

AVOID.

Paid just under £40 for a t-shirt that my son talked me into getting for him. Having heard nothing for weeks, I contacted them to cancel. They responded with an apology, blaming their courier service so, gave it a little longer.
Still nothing/no despatch status etc...I contacted them again for an update but, have yet to receive a reply- I assume, therefore that the "product" will not (ever) arrive, & I will be given no option but to warn others while I now contact my bank fraud dept to raise a case in order to get refunded!
The t-shirt was bought as a birthday gift but it will be too late now & my son will be so disappointed, leaving me VERY angry!

Been waiting 2 months for two t-shirts. In a day and age where Temu can literally crap out decent quality t-shirts in less than a week, this is insanely bad form. I was told a month ago "ongoing production issues, but delayed orders were looking to be shipped within two weeks". They offered me a full refund, or to wait. As I was under the impression I would have to wait only another two weeks, I agreed to wait. Stupid me.

This company is a bunch of scammers. Just avoid them.

It took about 6 months to receive my order, but I did receive it. The hoodie was decent quality as well. I’m not thrilled with the customer service or fulfillment time, but I am satisfied with the quality of my hoodie.
The customer service just does copy-pasted responses. Be prepared to wait a long time. On the plus side, the graphics that are printed aren’t that weird plastic print that flakes off bit by bit. The print appears to be a permanent dye. The dye does fade after some time when being washed, but I’m confident it will be visible for a few years at least.
I will probably not order from them again due to poor customer service and fulfillment times.

They have held people's money for months with no update of when things will be shipped.

They refuse to do a refund.

Never received parts of my order, and the stuff I did receive was 4 months after ordering. 7 months later, I was issued the refund, and the order was cancelled. The quality was horrendous. The sample peeled off in 6 months.

Go to your local printer.

As a creator I've been waiting on several payouts for months now. The bot will immediately ask me to reach out to customer support, but of course, I am the one chasing customer support for updates on my unpaid earnings every week.

Sadly after ten years of working with Teespring, then Spring and now Amaze, I have shuttered my shops and delinked my youtube channel from them.

I would rate 0 if I could. They dont pay the creators. Been waiting on a payment since October and they keep giving me the runaround.

Update: finally arrived in Feb. Quality was okay. Still feeling sketchy about the whole experience.

I ordered a shirt on February 3, was charged about $50. 2 months later the progress said it was still in production, and then I emailed asking and they replied saying there were delays. I asked for a refund. I never received a shirt and I don’t think I was ever refunded either.

If I could give no stars, I would. Lied about shipping multiple times. Did not print and ship until I asked for my money back 3 weeks after ordering. Just read about them online. Bad business practices

There was a delay in getting my order, but Sophia G solved the problem with excellent customer service!!!!!!

This company owes me over 1000 dollars that they have not paid in over a year. After multiple attempts to reach out to them to shut my account down with no luck i am not sure what to do

I used to use this site to create my own clothing and mugs. A few years ago, I even recommended it to people! But I ordered something back in late August (unaware of the pause on production) that was to be delivered in two weeks, but they did not notify me until early November that they were having production issues. I have since been told that I cannot get a refund and cancel my order AND that they have no plans to restart production at this time.

I placed an order for two shirts and a sticker to support someone I follow online. This was in February. It is now November, and I still have not received the last shirt in my order. One of them did finally arrive over the summer, and sometime in September the sticker just showed up out of nowhere. I suppose, reading these other reviews, I should be thankful that I got even that!
