My sons backpack was shipped on Aug 11th. It still shows in transit arriving late but does not say where it is or when it will arrive. Customer Service is not helpful and I can’t cancel the order. They keep saying give it 2-3 more business days for an update. We are three weeks into school. I am a first time customer but won’t be ordering from them again.

I hate their stuff doesn’t go back in stock!! I recently got a tote for school it came just in time!!!! The bag was super cute and matched the picture directly to what I payed for. I payed $60 it was such a good quality!!! Beware that it does come with a stinky smell,(could’ve been from the manufacture or something natural then again all packages are more like that when it’s a big company!) I just sprayed some alcohol and wiped it down and sprayed my favorite perfume in it and it was 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰! Will buy again!

Buy from there site all the time,tried buying jean jacket check dark blue XXL, had in cart then there site drop it as I was checking out,contacted customer service, and they said sorry sold ,are stuff is limited check back ,wow,is that how you treat customers who where there when you where nothing ?

I purchased 2 clear facemasks for 20.00. They arrived I wore it for a few hours, it retains moisture fog inside which made it difficult. I emailed and followed the protocol for a return. I did everything including shipping them back for a refund with my own shipping payment. They are difficult to reach and their return policy do, The return policy was within 2 days of receiving the products. No time to get them reurned!! The return software program won't allow you to enter a return after a certain date, very slick. I have not heard back from them. They very well got the message for return and received the products back, one unused, no one returned my money or directly contacted me. They ripped me off, they never returned my $20.00 and I am on a low income, an older adult woman. Ben David, shame on you!

My son really wanted this bag cause of the cool design etc. I figured at the expensive price it was it would be good quality and figured if it lasts 3 years would justify the price. In 3 months the zippers broken and already ripped in one corner. Trying to return to store but lost the receipt. Do not recommend.

Love this company and the bags are superb Quality. Very durable and multi useful for luggage purposes.

It’s worth the money for college students. I’ve used my spongebob backpack all around campus this last semester and it fits my large laptop in a cozy pocket, leaving space for notebooks and other stuff. Also the backpack is very comfortable because it is cushioned. It is also waterproof which is very convenient. I would recommend this backpack brand to college students.
