We love our Sprayground backpacks ! They were perfect for back to school and the designs are really unique with the secret compartments

that’s bags are great and strong and pretty durable you do get what you pay for

I love sprayground this was my third time buying a backpack from them, and I rate it 4 starts because this time my order was marked as delivered when it never got here but I understand that’s not their problem is FedEx irresponsibility but as soon as I texted sprayground they were quick to reply my email and good client service, and also the backpacks are good materials and last long

I did not receive my first order that was shipped with FEDEX. A replacement was sent with UPS but it was the wrong backpack. They immediately processed for delivery of the correct one . They again shipped with FEDEX who again sent tracking info with wrong address. I emailed SPRAYGROUND with concerns in the delivery address and was sent evidence of correct delivery address being sent to FEDEX, who have since marked my package as delivered which I haven't received. I updated SPRAYGROUND who said they are opening an investigation.

Great customer service

Outrageous prices.
My daughter purchased 2 bags from this website for a price of over 200+CAD for one. Not only did i pay 20$ shipping, they came to my door and charged me 50$ for duites. I physically do not have this money as a single mom and im heavily disappointed. on top of all that, i have yet to receive the second bag.

ALSO, they are NON returnable, so im unable to get my money back (250$CAD).

Sprayground is Awesome! I purchased a book bag for my son and upon checkout ( I paid) and I noticed my old shipping address. I immediately emailed them and they were quick to respond and make sure to update my new shipping address before shipping me the bag! They care! Within minutes they got me squared away.

I want to say good things about the Sprayground official website, but I can't, while I waited nearly 2 weeks for them to revamp their website, I finally gained access only for all the products on the website to be sold out forreal never to be sold again!!!!!!! So I emailed and asked well whats the purpose of putting sold out products on the website that they will never sell again, I received a response from which im sure was a AI, that they do that to show the different selection of other sold products, I really dont see the need for that because if you go on their website, its more,,, "Sold out never to be sold" Items, then items that are available.

Sprayground is Amazing not sure why the bad reviews. The quality, customer service and overall experience is superb. I have purchased over 100 bags and the new drop shows why. They really outdid themselves this time. Thank you for my Amazing collection ❤️ and Multiple satisfied gifts I have given.

THEY LOOK SO COOL!

My backpack broke after 6 months of slight use as a business man and they refuse to compensate for the quality issue.

Prodotti scadenti, incollati e non cucitI. Lo zaino col morso si è aperto solo per essere rimasto al sole in macchina. Le spedizioni vengono fatte inviando il prodotto dentro un sacco di plastica e non dentro una scatola. I resi infatti guarda caso non sono gratuiti. SONO PENTITA AMARAMENTE DI AVER REGALATO 170 EURO

Fortemente sconsigliato meglio acquistare piuttosto da Sprayground.com dove la serietà dell'azienda Sprayground è tangibile. Sono cliente Sprayground da anni ho sempre acquistato sul sito ufficiale da quando ho aperto nella mia città a Catania sono diventata cliente del negozio e prima di oggi avevo già acquistato tre zaini. Solitamente ho trovato sempre in sede del personale femminile, addetto, educato e professionale. Per non perdere i modelli che arrivano in pezzi unici, gli ultimi due li ho acquistati lasciando un acconto acconto pari e non superiore ai 30 €. Questi acconti sono stati autorizzati alle dipendenti da una persona che le dipendenti chiamavano al telefono ed essendo io ormai clienti abituale, ero anche molto apprezzata. Stasera mi reco per acquistare altri due zaini anche questi in tiratura limitata rispetto almeno a quelle che sono le consegne al negozio e ho trovato una commessa che non mi conosceva per cui ha preferito chiamare la responsabile per farsi autorizzare come è corretto che sia il lascito dell'acconto. Mentre era al telefono con colei che si dichiarava la responsabile quest'ultima chiude il telefono ed entra dalla porta per cui non so dove fosse ma di certo non era in negozio e camminando speditamente verso di me si mette dietro al bancone comincia a parlarmi con un tono di voce aggressivo nei miei confronti rispetto alle risposte che ricevevo. Nella fattispecie al mio farle notare che non poteva addurre a me la colpa e che il suo atteggiamento era alquanto aggressivo nei miei confronti la signora mi risponde che soldi porto io soldi portano gli altri e che non le importava se io lasciassi gli zaini . Addirittura rimanendo educata, ringraziandola e augurandole buon lavoro, rispondeva ancora con saccenza e presa in giro ricalcando ciò che io avevo detto .Dando a me la colpa col suo fare e col suo dire, velatamente di non dire il vero perché sosteneva che ciò non era possibile in realtà è stato possibile e come. Io stasera dovendone acquistare altri due ,non avevo ancora mai visto in negozio la signorina che mi si presenta come responsabile ed è increscioso che un imprenditore titolare di negozio assuma e lasci la propria attività a del personale non formato sulla comunicazione e sul servizio al cliente materia di cui fa parte anche l'atteggiamento e il modo di porsi. Ho comunque, lasciato come giusto che fosse l'acconto che a dire della responsabile doveva essere la metà dell'importo e così ho fatto. In effetti il problema infatti non è la cifra da lasciare con cui concordo se quelle sono le regole e il fatto di accusare una cliente con fare e dire aggressivo che sarebbe sconveniente anche tra familiari. È stata talmente sconveniente la situazione che sono arrivata a dire che non lasciavo gli zaini solo per non scontentare il bambino perché tuttavia trovavo aggressivo l'atteggiamento con cui venivo trattata la risposta di colei la quale si dichiara responsabile è stata che non hanno bisogno di me come porto soldi, io li portano gli altri strano a dirsi perché tutte le volte in cui vado al negozio è sempre vuoto sarà forse per il modo in cui vengono trattati i clienti? Forse la voglia di comprare online viene per questo? Una cosa è certa, la mia personale esperienza è negativa e dalla prossima volta preferisco acquistare online dove non sono mai rimasta delusa chiaramente parliamo di Store ufficiale online. Mi piacerebbe molto che ci fosse una linea diretta con i titolari di questi importanti negozi monomarca per capire se concordano con tali atteggiamenti e se reputano che sia un servizio da rendere al cliente nel 2025. Credo siano importanti feedback anche sul personale. Non sono solita rilasciare feedback ma questo era dovuto. Se ci sono delle regole vanno rispettate. Non è di certo al cliente tuttavia che si può addurre la motivazione sul perché siano stati concordati altri accordi in passato. Il cliente, viene acquista da i suoi soldi e ciò che deve ricevere in cambio è un ottimo servizio tutto quello che sono i disequilibri interni non vanno assolutamente manifestati aggressivamente al cliente.

Zero non si può dare? Articoli mai arrivati, sembra un sito serio ma secondo me una truffa ben organizzata. Non c'è un numero puoi solo scrivere ma non ricevi nessuna risposta.
Non acquistare

Dopo solo 6 mesi la cerniera si è completamente rotta e gli spigoli in basso, sia a dx che a sx, si sono rovinati. Bagato tanto, ma qualità pessima!!!!!!!!!! Una vergogna!!!!!! Se avessi acquistato uno zaino al mercato sicuramente non avrebbe fatto questa finaccia!!!!! Non comprate i prodotti di questo brand

Hanno consegnato un prodotto pagato una marea di soldi e a casa mia non è mai arrivato sto cercando ovunque per recuperare questo pacco e il servizio clienti è una m******!!!!non riusciamo a contattare nessuno per avere spiegazioni a riguardo
