Don't do it, sent wrong order twice, I was blamed for not ordering in US sizes when I live in the UK! Customer Service rude and still waiting for my refund. NEVER buying with them again

Having read other reviews on this site it is clear the reviews are accurate. This company should be closed down. They are thieves, cheats and liars. If you want to get to a top man that lies contact Lewis on exec.investigations@frasers group. When you get in contact with him the wheels move incredibly fast and then as for all cases listed the wheels fall off. I'm not sure how he sleeps at night probably standing up.

One month and my shoes never arrived. No way of getting a refund or talking to someone. Shameful company

We ordered two products and only one arrived. The courier took two photos of the same parcel and said they’d delivered both. Sports Direct won't even acknowledge that one of the parcels hasn’t arrived-it’s clearly some sort of scam they have going between themselves and Evri. Please read the reviews before you purchase-this happens so frequently it can’t be a coincidence. Our next step is to involve the police.

I bought a pair of shoes and the box arrived empty, after complaining about it the customer service told me that they are not responsable of that and I lost 66€, I don't recommend it

If I could give this company no stars I would. Their customer service is shocking! I ordered two items online, received both items, however the one item received is in the wrong size. When contacting their customer service and finally getting through after two hours of trying I was told it’s my fault after providing them with proof that the size received is not the size that was ordered. Respecting their customers and taking accountability doesn’t apply to this company at all. I am sure if the right order is received its smooth sailing, but if not, it’s all uphill. Personal opinion, how a company handles errors says alot about them. The amount of complaints on here about people complaining about receiving the wrong items and not being refunded is criminal behavior. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We recently visited a SportDirect shop but couldn’t find the right size for kids. I asked the employee if I could order a few different sizes online and return the unsuitable ones to the shop. He assured me that this was possible. Based on this, I ordered 10 pairs of shoes and also paid for delivery.

However, when I went to the shop to return the unsuitable shoes, I was told that the return policy had changed and that they no longer accept returns in-store. I filled out the return form online, and they requested an additional delivery fee for the return.

This has been the worst service experience I’ve had. I will never buy online again.

Ordered £200 pounds worth of items online and when it was delivered there were many items missing and some items included that weren't even ordered. We received no email confirmation of the order so no order number. We went to our nearest store in Havant and the staff in fairness were helpful and managed to get us our email order confirmation sent through and gave us the email in which to send over our case. Which we did, only to get a response saying they reviewed CCTV and all items were packaged and delivered correctly and this closes the matter. Whilst also demanding we return the wrong items, which if their first statement was true wouldn't be in the package in the first place. £150 down the drain. This is just criminal and they are getting away with it time and time again after 5 minutes on Google you can see it's common place. They know no ones going to pursue a relatively low value of money when it will end up costing more to resolve. Will never use sports direct again, not that they care

Ordered school items for next day delivery, a week later still haven’t arrived and lost the parcel twice!

I placed an order for 2 items and only received 1. I contacted Sports Direct straight away and they told me 10 days later that I had received both items and they will not refund or replace the missing item! Lost £85 due to their poor customer service.

I have now ordered the same item 3 times and still havent got the item i ordered. The first time i ordered it there was a problem after a week, i was told after the second week that theres been q problem with picking and ill need to cancel the order and re order it which i did but then another problem arrived but they didnt know what it was they escalated the issue to a relevant team which a day later they just cancelled it refunded me and didnt contact me to say or give a reason, so i re ordered it and again a week later theres another problem which they said was due to stock levels even though i was told previously that it wasnt due to stock shortages, but then a few days later i had an email saying it was being processed and will be delivered by xdp. Xpd delivered the item bare in mind i ordered a 2 man kayak that is 3.8 meters long and is a solid moulded kayak and doesnt come apart. They delivered a box that is around 1.5 meters in length by 1 meter by around 80cm with Studio 4pc rtn lng st on the label and says it contains glass which sounds like a 4 piece set of ratan lounge furniture which is a whole world apart from being anything near what i had ordered, im not able to float down river on it am i? well not safely. Now i have this massive box weighing nearly 40kg stuck in the way in my house waiting for someone to contact me via email to sort this issue and come and fetch this item asap. It astounds me how someone can make the choice to just send anything they choose to the customer just to fob them off, and cause a bigger issue. Now they will have to pay from the companys pocket (now we know Mike Ashley likes to count his pennies with not wanting to give out pay rises) so that money has now been wasted delivering an item half way across the country to go straight back. I am more than determined to recieve the kayak i ordered and will continuously be re ordering until i get the item i ordered i will raise issues to every department and continue to do so just to be an awkward b*****d so the longer they drag it out the more awkward i will be, it is now september and still waiting.

Ordered some school.items for my boys, three products. One came in the wrong colour and looks used. I have been trying to get hold of customer services because no way am I paying 4.99 to return for their fault . You can't even return online orders in store anymore . Oh and evri delivered a day late , so much for next day.

Tried contacting customer support, twice, to be told no one is available and the bot closed the chat . Useless robbers. What other sentiment can I feel other than that .

I would have given this store 0 stars if i could, ONLY buy from this store if you really really sure that what you are buying is the right thing for you, because you will not get a refund if you return any items back to this store, you only get a worthless credit note (monopoly money) its a pity they don't have a food outlet then at least you could get some groceries with the fake credit note, PLEASE don't buy from this store.

The lady who served me was terrible. So rude. She was throwing the shoe boxes on the counter here there everywhere. Kept on telling me to hurry up.
I did have a firm word with her and suggested her brushing up on her customer service skills as they were appalling.
Terrible experience through and through.
Won’t be buying from here in a rush.

Most shocking online experience ever horrible...never order online from these people

Bought a product in store, had to take back for a refund. Couldn’t get cash back could only get credit note. Tried to use credit note online, put codes in which took the credit off the balance but during the transaction website crashed and was told transaction failed and to try again. When tried again was told the codes were invalid as they had been used. Went to the store who originally gave me the credit note showed them the evidence of the sale not going through to be told nothing they can do has to be sorted online. Spoke to advisors on chat website to be told they’d been used and nothing they could do. Went back to store who rang head office to be told try again with the codes in 48hrs as they’re aware this happens as the website often crashes causing problems with the voucher codes. So why give them if they know customers are going to have problems with them, also it can’t be changed into store credit now as the codes are shown to be invalid. Will never use sports direct again!

Avoid at all costs!!! I had a problem regarding a problem returning an order in store. I purchased a pair of shoes but they didn’t fit well. I went to return them in store and they refused the refund me the money despite me having a valid receipt, being within the allowed timeframe for returns and the shoes being in brand new condition. Apparently it’s their policy to not give any refunds. Don’t ever shop there.

It is impossible to contact this company I ordered a few items online and paid through fraser plus this parcel has gone missing and now I'm out of pocket they said they would investigate but aren't answering any of my emails now do not buy online with this company *edited my review I have just recieved my parcel after countless emails to customer service then when I got to the store to pick the parcel up there was 2 parcels there apparently they hadn't checked my first parcel in correctly when they recieved it.
