Hi Beryl,
Thank you so much for your lovely review and for choosing Sponge for your third purchase! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve enjoyed the cakes and that your orders have otherwise been trouble-free.
We’re really sorry, though, that one of the cakes was left on its side by the delivery driver. We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially when the box clearly has “this way up” arrows. Your cake should be handled with care throughout its journey, and we’re sorry that this wasn’t the case on this occasion.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, and we’ll be sure to raise it with the courier team. Thank you again for your continued support — it means a lot to us!
Warm regards,

Never recive my order . …
Its a rip off they take your money and do not deliver the items . I ordered it over 2weeks ago and it was due the 29th never came i emailed them more than twice.
I recived no correspondence whats so ever to say my items may be delayed.
It's a waist time and money.
Save your money , do not recommend the company.
I am still waiting for a full refund.
I didnt want to give any stars but you have to put one at least . The reviews that are positive are clearly computer generated, fake.
