Don't do it! These scumbags not only produce brain rot cartoon games but they will charge you $100 AFTER you cancel the trial! Then they'll refuse to give you a full refund and offer a 50% discount for a year plan. They did eventually agree to a full refund after I mentioned fraudulent charges and refused their scam of an offer after too many emails.

this app has met my criteria it has helped my Childs learning speed increase and it has helped with their pronunciation and become more familiar with the alphabet the colors the images were exciting for my child.

Same issues as others. They will charge $100 every year even if you don't use any of the services. I tried to cancel on the day of renewal and it was denied. It's a SCAM

It’s been 6 weeks and still haven’t received the product.

Scammers !! Be warned ! Downloaded the app and did a 7 day free trail. They took out $100 straight up ! No 7 days ! Tried a refund with Apple who denied it. According to the App, my subscription starts 17th Feb (in 4 days) and money will come out then if not cancelled before. Liars !! They took our money straight away ! Not even a monthly figure if $11.99! Nope, $100!! Have tried communicating with them but also they don't reply to emails on online chat and Facebook page has no message button.

This company has no integrity in dealing with its customers. I have made multiple attempts to cancel a 2019 purchase to access Splash Learn and yet the company keeps charging my credit card $59.99 annually - It's been 5 years! Buyers beware!

Predatory subscription and refund practices. They don’t send a reminder about an annual subscription renewal, and then don’t issue a refund after the subscription was auto-renewed, even if your children already outgrew the platform. Support was unhelpful. Do not recommend.

SplashLearn is very boring, especially the teacher assigned activities. My brother says it's one of the worst learning program in the world. However, the games are still fun.

When customer is not interested to buy the product and if it was accidentally got renewed, they best make use of our forgetfulness and loot the money !!

If they really care about customers they would have refunded the money. But they just need our money and doest’t mean to help by any way.

This learning app is a HUGE FRAUD! With a free trial the parent is seeking support with so many learning apps we are checking if this particular app is capable of helping a 3 year old and an 8 year old. To charge me $150.00 the very next day is FRAUD!!!

Total SCAM.
Could not even access or see trial until your card us used. Not meant for middle school students. Go through hoops to cancel. Very hidden within their program and makes it extremely difficult to cancel

Similar story as many here. Charged our account after my daughter created a 7-day trial… refused to refund the $90 charge the very same day it was placed on our account. Even after we explained our situation. A terrible way to do business and feels very scammy and seems to not truly be interested in the education of children and families

I would leave a 0 star if I could. They advertise as free so I klet me son download it. A week later I was charged $119.99 USD. I did not authorize this charge, my apple pay is hooked up to my account so my son must have accidentally charged it. I spoke to the company and they do not refund. Biggest waste of money as the app did not even work.

I signed up for 1 year but kids did not end up enjoying it, and was not due to them having to do match. I canceled the subscription but year later they auto renewed and charged me another $99 USD. I contacted them and spoke with "Abbie Turner" within a few hours of the renewal but they would not refund my money. I canceled and they auto-renewed me and no refund... BS.

Signed up yesterday. Came to log in today after giving my cc number and address information and nothing. Emailed twice because I haven’t received the password reset email and the emails aren’t going through. Do NOT give this company your time or money!!!! Checked and never even received emails about the successful payment or account but when I attempted to register again with the same email, of course I couldn’t because I did yesterday and there should be an open account.

They said it would be 11.99 a month after the first 7 free days and landed up charging me 89.99 and with that price my daughter couldn’t even do activities be cause they said we have no more free games today and offered no free live class for the price of 89,99 and when I asked to cancel because that wasent what I signed up for the said the could only give me 50% back of my money !! It’s just unacceptable and very unfair !!

They need to double check their mathematics.
4 x 60 = 240
3 x 60 = 180
240 + 180 = 420 not 720 like they state

This isn’t the only wrong information on their website. Let alone they won’t reply to my emails stating I’ll proofread their website. Just be cautious!

Signed up, had some issues with the website making it inaccessible for my daughter. Wrote to them, was told i was given free months and wouldnt be charged by february. Was charged 3 months before that, wrote to thema few times, no reply whatsoever from anyone! How is this company still running?

Told them i had the email where they told me about the free months, not a single response from anyone.
