Hi there. Sorry to see this. Instead of leaving a 2 star review, why not email us with the issue so that it gives us a chance to rectify it for you?? Mistakes happen and we're sorry. If you were to email us we could fix the issue and get you your cloth that you paid for. Reviews really matter to us. Please email us at info@splashdetailing.co.uk. thanks, John

Saw an ad... unknown company... Best find of the year so far!
Saw an add on Instagram for some decent car polish... so I thought we will see about that! Very fast shipping, well packaged, decent prices, amd some little personal touches... Great company to deal worh! As for the polish... was it the miracle cure I thought it would be... no. Did it make my 25 year old paintwork look 100 times better than it did... without a doubt! Grata company, great products, ill definitely be a returning customer!

Steve, we're really sorry to hear that your order hadn't arrived yet. We can't understand why your first port of call would be to come and leave us a review though?? You haven't even tried to message us or email us to try and rectify this for you. Our high rating on Trustpilot is really important to us. A quick DM or email and we could have helped resolve the delay. Please feel free to send us an email at info@splashdetailing.co.uk and we can get this missing parcel resolved. Thanks, John

Svar fra Splash Detailing
Hi Jason. As discussed via email, we have come to the conclusion (from photos you supplied) that the item you received was from (or for) a company called Splash Detailers - we are Splash Detailing and have no affiliation with this company. The item you received was not an item that we sell. As we can be no further help on this matter, we kindly ask that you remove this one star review as it is not for our business Splash Detailing. Thanks, John (Owner, Splash Detailing)
