The redemption Time frame sucks it's slowed then I've seen in a while I won on 2 different sites after the $250 I won on here and received both long before this payment, the worst part of it was the customer service representative who replied to my previous review, they reached out on day 3 (Friday asking for more information) I provided it, waited all day and then got a condescending reply saying oh well it we take 3-5 days and are with in that time frame, my winnings moved to the "approved and processing faze Saturday 1/3/2026 and today 1/6/2026 I finally received

I say all this to say they have a lot of improvement they could do, and the way I was stung along about looking into it just to waste my time and take 3 day to approve and 3 days to deposit definitely makes me reconsider where I'll be spending my money and playing on the future, support never even tried to contact me to even apologize much less make it right, so my final review is
positives -alot of games, Facebook contest, jackpot feature
negatives -customer support is none existent, chat times are hours later, the day 48 hours to approve but it's more like over 72 and 3-days after that to actually pay you, so over all In a world full of sweeps sites they are 2 1/2 ⭐ in my opinion, I have read they pay faster to skrill but after this I don't know if I want to deposit there anymore to be honest but only time will tell

I am an older woman who’s recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Waiting on disability for a long time so I test games and basically only play casino games if friends have recommended them. A friend of mine has won good money on this game so she referred me and I started using it. She even helped me with a few dollars to purchase some coins hoping that I would win like she did. I did end up winning $55 right after I purchased $10 worth of coins. I went through their verification process to withdraw and I was so excited because I need medications and things like that. Next thing I know they’re emailing me telling me I have more than one account. Well they provide numerous ways to login and the only thing I can think of is that at one point I logged in a different way and didn’t even realize it. It certainly was an honest mistake and I see from other reviews, by their own comments they immediately jumped to “maybe there’s more than one account.” They treat you like a criminal they closed the account that I had just deposited the cash into and won the $55 and they left the other one open that apparently had $14 in it. If I would’ve known I had an account with $14 sitting in it I would’ve never deposited the $10.

I was so distraught because I needed that money so bad and to me that $55 was $550! Every time I think about it I cry. I’ll never forget their name and how they made me feel. I feel like they robbed me and they just stopped responding to my emails. They really need to use their common sense when making these calls. I play so many games that remembering how I’ve logged into each one is nearly impossible. Just make sure you try every single login option and email address you have before you put any money into this site to be sure you didn’t already login to it at sometime in the past umpteen years. I’m very upset because I’m scared to even play with that $14 because I was waiting for a response and praying they would make this right. I don’t want to give them any more of my money but I was so excited to be able to play it and knowing that it actually does pay out due to my Friend winning and getting paid out a couple of times. I would just be wary and I will make sure that I let every single person know about this because I literally feel robbed. They could’ve closed the other Account or at least given me my $10 back. I literally bought the coins within minutes of doing the withdrawal after winning the money. Very unfair and I feel like they have no souls.

If they do respond back and make this right for me I will definitely be updating my review to reflect any additional information.

This site is a scam. I lost 400 on one game - 1 dollar spins zero bonuses. I am sending to the FBI fraud website/ reporting agency. No slot can you spin 500 times with no bonus.

They are accommodating. They actually pay out and I believe for once they have a perfect gambling percentage. I win some I lose less than that. I play with luck, skill, and I dominate on the reels.
