Absolutely amazing experience. I had a gent called Kashan who was unbelievably helpful throughout each process of the order.
My specs arrived today, are a perfect fit and the vision is that good, i’ve realised that my original pair i bought from a popular opticians may of been wrong. Will be purchasing a second pair from these guys for sure!!

The prices is what drew me to the company. Had a small issue with shipping and contact info. Once i got ahold of the customer service they immediately rectified both situations with speed and care!! And my glasses were mailed. I would definitely recommend the company. Thank you!

From ordering to arrival was less than 48 hours. The frames were well packaged. The frames were chosen as like for like.My new lenses were fitted into my old frames. The quality of the new frames allowed the new lenses to fit perfectly in seconds. I received a good saving on the purchase compared to many other suppliers.

The speed of delivery, arriving the next day was superb, after a very friendly and helpful chat on the phone. The new glasses look fantastic. Thank you.

I ordered the wrong colour. I was able to call them to get the colour swapped.

Excellent communication, very helpful and friendly staff on the telephone prior to ordering replacement frames. New frames arrived quickly, well packaged with all detailed information about them.

Understanding customer service. Prompt dispatch and excellent service. Only issue was the ‘special delivery’ from Post Office that required some one to take delivery. With no notice of timings, two attempted deliveries meant a collection from the local post office.

Needed replacement frames at a reasonable price if I changed the lenses myself.
