Mark was just fantastic! I put in a query and he rang me back really quickly. He advised me what glasses to get my dad based on his prescription and was very honest explaining what would be best for him.
He reminds me of how optometrists used to be when they cared about their patients rather than now when they try and upsell everything possible.
He also rang me back quickly after I ordered to update me.
Really really impressed and will be ordering glasses for both my parents through this site only from now on!

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. I have used a few times now and always great to deal with. Company is run by father and son, Mark and Iain. Spoken to them both about lenses and frames and really friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Nothing too much trouble. I wanted to order an LK Bennett frame which unfortunately has been discontinued. Mark sourced one from another brand and sent to me to look at with no obligation. It was more or less identical so went ahead with the order. I am very happy with my new glasses as always. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future for further new glasses. So thank you so much Mark and Iain.
Ps The pen they send with each new pair is also a really nice touch. I’m building up a collection!

Consistently good service
I've used Internet Specs several times for reglazes as well as buying new frames. It's a small family-run company and Mark is very knowledgeable & always happy to help. Lenses are good quality at a low price. On this occasion I had a problem with a new frame (entirely my own fault) but Mark was happy for me to return it & give a refund. I will continue to use them.

Found the glasses I wanted and they were such good price point online compared with others I had seen online and in shops.
Ordered internationally (easy to order) and they arrived within about two weeks (would’ve been faster if it wasn’t for those pesky customs people! Ha ha)
Gave all my measurements online and the fit and sight lines are really good

High quality company
I ordered two pairs of distance glasses from Internetspecs recently. The prescription lenses were not only provided free of any charge but were thin and of a high quality not found in my experience in rival companies - well, not without paying a considerable amount of money in addition to the frames.
