Works as expected
The spa filters turned up as expected - despite the fact that the bottom of one of the filters had a manufacturing defect. The screw fixing was partly misshaped, with a chip in it.

Bad product quality. Terrible service
Waited nearly a month. Order arrives with parts that look remanufactured, in a box that has been repacked. Filter has a wood chip through it, filter housing looks re-glued, and badly made.
Customer services is a NZ phone number, routed overseas. They dont appear to hold stock.
This has been anything but hassle-free
I am still waiting for customer services to follow through for a full refund. Not recommended. I wouldn't buy spa pool filters from them, going by the inferior product quality.

Dear Sam,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Regarding your order, we want to assure you that all parts supplied by Spa Store NZ Ltd are brand new and sourced directly from our trusted supplier. The features you mentioned, such as the appearance of the filter and housing, are standard for top load filters.
Since receiving your complaint, we've been actively working to resolve the issue. However, despite multiple attempts to contact you via phone and email, we have not yet received the necessary photo evidence to assess the condition of the parts in question. This step is crucial for us to process any refunds or replacements with our supplier.
We have provided options for resolution, including the return of the item for a refund. We understand that you may still be undecided about returning the product, which has been in use for over a month. Our policy, which aligns with our supplier's guidelines, requires the item to be returned before issuing any refunds or credits.
We remain committed to resolving this matter fairly. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to discuss the next steps. We need your cooperation to bring this to a satisfactory conclusion.
Thank you for your understanding and for allowing us the opportunity to improve our service.
Kind regards
