We had spartek install our hot tub connection, the work was done extremely, well very neat there electrician ( tom ) was courteous and did the job efficiently he left the job Clean and tidy . Very pleased and will use again . Thanks .

We are so impressed with Spartek. We had everything done and dusted in 2 days for our solar panels. Communication great and the job was so neat. We have asked for more work to be done so hopefully another rave review soon.
Looking forward to have our water heated too by the sun......and our bills have come down immediately.

I originally reached out to Spartek beginning April and from the outset found them very responsive and easy to deal with. A thorough survey was carried out May at which time the Spartek surveyor very helpfully discussed my options, what I would be getting in terms of hardware and expected solar generation and also did a demo of the apps that monitor the installation once installed.

With design and scope of the project agreed the team back at the office have been very helpful and responsive when I have had any questions and an installation date was scheduled for early August.

The team that attended last week to do the install (Kate and Deon) were superb, on time, very polite and friendly and willing to put in the effort to make sure I was happy as the customer. Routing cables from the panels on the roof was complicated due to the front elevation of my property being irregularly shaped and there being a large flat roof area to negotiate but they were able to avoid lots of external cabling and conduit to the point that after some thinking the cabling is completely hidden which I was really pleased about.

A car charger was also fitted and set up for me which again happened seamlessly and I am now waiting on storage batteries to be installed by Spartek which I gave no doubt will happen in the same efficient manner.

So it has been a great experience dealing with Spartek at a price I was very happy with, many thanks to all involved and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anybody else.

We had Lee come and give us a quote after looking into solar panels for a while. He answered all the questions we had and gave us a fair price. The date was booked for the following month and the job was carried out with true professionalism. The site was kept clean and tidy at all times, we can’t fault the team and are very impressed with our solar panels.

Sometimes you get a good feeling about a company when they come to quote for work, this was one of those times.
After several quotes from other companies, Spartek came, informed and quoted with a no nonsense but detailed explanation of what would work for us.
Extremely competitive quote which included some top end equipment.
Although there was a delay with the solar panels due to demand and supply issues, the system was installed quickly and efficiently.
The team that did the install were clean and tidy, very helpful and did a really neat job with cabling and every other part of the install.
I can happily recommend Spartek if you need solar panels, top service all round.

I approached this company on a recommendation. I was interested in purchasing solar panels for my South facing roof and possibly a storage battery too. Please bear in mind this is an intensely complicated transaction, and there is much to 'learn' in order to make an informed decision. With the benefit of hindsight we made a few mistakes along the way, and only found out afterwards. Was this poor research on our part or lack of information from the supplier? To be honest I'm still not sure, but please do your homework first to avoid later disappointment. We asked for our quote to be split, so the battery was separate from the rest of the installation costs.
Batteries are expensive, we all know that - we therefore opted to get the panels, inverter, export meter etc installed. We genuinely weren't sure if the panels would produce enough electricity to justify the expense. We were asked for a 25% deposit to accept the quote, which seemed a reasonable amount to show commitment.
The day of the installation was busy - lots of Spartek staff on site. Everyone was respectful of us working from home, and also our nervous cats. There was some noise as you would expect, however it wasn't excessive. We were consulted and allowance made for the 45 minute power outage required to connect the new equipment. I have genuinely never had tradesmen working on my home before, who tidied up so well when they had finished. Everything was completed in one 08:30 hrs to 16:00 hrs day.
We need not have worried about the efficiency of the panels - almost immediately we realised that we should have gone for the battery as well. This is where we discovered our error. Whilst getting an updated quote for a battery (larger than we were originally interested in), we also asked for some extra panels to go on the garage roof. It was at this point that we were informed that the inverter rating is matched to the installation size (apparently in ensure peak efficiency. Therefore to add some extra panels we would also need to replace the inverter for a larger one. We concluded that this is not financially viable. We might have ordered differently in the first place if we had known this information - either way it is a minor disappointment from an otherwise pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this company to family & friends...

I approached a number of companies about having a solar system installed. I chose Spartek as their survey and subsequent proposal were of a far better standard than their competitors, the price was also competitive. We chose to have batteries in addition to the panels which although it adds considerably to the price makes a far more efficient system. The finished result is well installed with professional neat work and has delivered performance well above my expectations. I would strongly recommend that Spartek goes to the top of your list and I am sure you will be very happy with your choice.

Solar Panels & Battery Storage installed recently from Spartek Electrical in Watton. Happy with quotation and installation was brilliant and really nice and tidy. All the rubbish was taken away. The chaps also explained the system and the app in detail.

Communication was disappointing as for 2 days we did not get any work done. No phone call and I had to chase the office multiple times before we got an answer.

Happy with investment and could not live without them now.

I found the entire experience from initial contact with the sales person to the final installation of high quality solar panels by experienced engineers satisfying and stress free. Their customer service was excellent and quality of workmanship superb as such I have no problem recommending Sparteck to future potential customers.

The whole team at Spartek were very professional and the in roof solar panels, eddi diverter and EV charger they fitted all perform excellently.

Honest, reliable & efficient company, no hard sale just facts. I had all my information on how much we thought the solar panels would save us & so far we have exceeded this. Solar panels on there own are great but do invest in a battery to store the excess, our electric was shockingly high and was due to become more expensive in April, with re-arranging how we use our electric (washing machines, tumble dryers, pre-cooking, dish washer) when the sun is out..on top of the battery we are saving on average around 60% and we have another battery yet to be installed and sunnier months ahead so will be saving even more.

Spartek gave an excellent service. Communication was constant and any questions were answered immediately. After 6 separate quotes for Solar Panels from various providers Spartek far outweighed the others in all aspects. This included price and level of service. I would recommend this service to anyone who requires an installation.
