Excellent communication until you have queries and then radio silence, the installers what can I say months later and still putting things right, if I had known what the cowboy installation was like would never have gone ahead. Please please save yourself stress, hassle and work and research other company’s very carefully

Somebody from the company always picked up the phone and had knowledge of my property. I had a new boiler, new radiator valves fitted to every radiator and the loft fully insulated, abd all covered by grants. Slater was my main contact at the company and was always helpful and courteous.

Great customer service from Slater and others at EC04. Kept up fully informed on progress and arranging surveys etc. The installers from Wintak worked hard and tidied up after themselves leaving everything spotless removing all of the rubbish.

We thought this was all too good to be true, but Connor was so helpful, polite and supported us all the way through. Boiler and insulation done in 1 day. The guys were excellent and everything works a dream! They even did it all on one of the hottest days of the year!

My advisor was a lovely guy called Slater, and once I'd submitted any relevant paperwork, info, etc, the initial survey was done, and within the same week, I had a bright and shiny new boiler installed. They even topped up my loft insulation, even tho it was above recommended thickness so not required.
All the people I dealt with, either on the phone or in person were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was extremely positive from start to finish. If I had to give any criticism, it would be that the guys who installed the boiler left a bit of mess (brick dust and debris) and didn't take their rubbish with them so I've got to dispose of it, but this is a very small negative on what was a fantastic experience.
All in all, I highly recommend Eco4 Energy and thank them for the amazing job they did for me.

It was a sleek service from application through to installation and after care service. Slater was exceptionally good at streamlining the Eco4's service that it was unbelievably hussle free.

This post is in relation to a grant allowing free energy saving improvements to a rented property. I dealt with Slater at the company who was outstanding. I was contacted for all the evidential paperwork. This was dealt with quickly and from the time it was approved to instulation was a out 6 days. New Baxi boiler with 5yr guarantee. New valves on radiators, fans in the kitchen and bathroom., window vents and loft insulation.

The two employees came in first thing in the morning and got Straight to work. They done a fantastic job. They where putting in a full central heating system. After they took away all the mess and tidied up. I can't fault them and would definitely use them again.

I honestly can't thank this company and the extremely helpful Connor enough. He put us in touch with an installer through the ECO4 government scheme, and thanks to them we've had our condemned back boiler replaced with a brand new heating system completely free of charge.

The whole process did take around 8 months from start to finish, mainly because of issues proving my ownership and eligibility, along with delays due to changes within the government scheme for good measure. While it was a long wait, none of that was the anyone's fault. Connor kept us updated throughout, and as soon as everything was approved, the installers called us and had a team out the very next day.

The installation team were fantastic. They were here for four days in total and did far more work than we ever expected. Along with the new heating system, they installed new radiators, loft insulation, extractor fans, trickle vents, carried out roof repairs, and completed several other energy efficiency improvements to our home. The standard of workmanship was excellent, and everyone was friendly, hardworking and respectful.

We are so grateful for everything that's been done. After living with a condemned back boiler, it's an incredible feeling knowing our home will finally be warm, safe and much more energy efficient this winter.

If you're eligible for the ECO4 scheme, I'd highly recommend this company. The process can take time, but it's absolutely worth it in the end. Thank you so much!

All great, until it wasn’t! Avoid this company and the scheme at all costs. They are very happy to get people onboard and take their portion of the government funding and when something goes wrong, they completely absolve themselves of any responsibility and simply blame the installing company. Now they do not return calls. We have been left without a gas supply to the property for one month. No heating, no hot water, and no ability to use a cooker because of a very dangerous installation using undersized pipes, resulting in the meter being capped off by Gas Safe. I am now left with a bill of up to £2000 to make it safe.

Eco4Energy and Slater were wonderful.

Work completed quickly and satisfactorily.
