Non potrei farne più a meno. L'app è intuitiva ed il modo di organizzare le email rendono questo software assolutamente un must-have. Inoltre, con l'integrazione dell'AI che permette anche di cercare le email fornendo non solo keywords ma anche del contesto, non ti perdi più niente.

Per finire: il supporto è eccezionale e lo sviluppo è continuo, mantenendo il software sempre al passo coi tempi.

L'applicazione non funziona con Tiscali. Si sono susseguiti aggiornamenti, cancella e reinstalla, scambi di mail con l'assistenza ma niente. Prima (un anno fa) funzionava, ora non riesco neanche ad aggiungere l'account. Peccato perché la trovavo comoda, ordinata e intuitiva.

Spark est un très bon outil email, que j'utilise sur Mac et iPhone pour gérer mes comptes emails pro et perso. Pas mal de fonctions intéressantes (schedule l'envoi, snooze pour traiter l'email plus tard...)

God worst experience ever. I am glad i spotted the bugs so fast and i cancelled during free trial.
- Attachments are not downloading "We know, this is a bug, thank you for your patience".
- Imap is not available. Downloaded all our emails from the servers and now they are gone. (!!!!!)
- Syncing between devices. Just not working.

Do you need more to stay away? If so, you will get what you deserve. But i am sure your are smarter than that. :)

Утро начинается не с проверки почты, а с модального окна с просьбой обновить приложение. И так каждый день. Я не вижу значительных улучшений приложения с каждым обновлением. Со спамом не умеют бороться. Весь спам будет в вашей почте в полном объёме. Не рекомендую.

Good Features, but many bugs. The Mailsoftware has some pretty features that Outlook doesn't have. That was the Reason I changed to spark. But the Software has many bugs like 1. Emails disapear from Inbox-View till restart, 2. Software crashes sometimes when useing the templates, 3. Signatures doesn't work when you change from which Email you want so send.
The Support Team tried to help, but they cant find the problem and it was like spending many time for writing emails and setting up an testemailaccount for the Supportteam, but nothing changed. I ended up using the Spark mail for writing or responding emails with the templates like invoices and offers. But for all reading i still use outlook.

Amazing email managment. I just got it and cant believe how i lived without before... it just starts organizing all the junk and gets all the uselles clutter out of the way. Recommend to anyone with multile email accounts

Now your software works wonderfully on Apple MacBook Pro Computer both the Spark mail plus the Spark desktop version and enjoying the Free version on all devices.

Anastasiia Ivanchenko. Now I’ve installed on all devices & the issue was on apple MacBook Pro computer as you know. The upgrade version wasn’t I use the FREE version and works wonderfully. There issue wasn’t understood made any sense to the spark team about simple issues. All OK!

Its even worse as didn’t get solutions to simple issue’s didn’t make any sense or understood anything about SPARK DESKTOP…I’m so furious giving the 5stars and the help is downright useless having paid on subscription.

Given good rating for their software and many others I like as they know me from their database as in all things in life.
Hate to swear & all humanity uses that against us & we get into deep trouble… understanding making sense with any living human is never easy. All my life we all have human communication problems & find my own ways to resolve simple issues when others waste my/our time always do….we have their software…all say…NO WORRIES, NO PROBLEMS LAUGH ALL DAY FOR NO REASONS, EAT DRINK REST & GO TO BED & GET PAID FOR NOTHING like millions of years in human history…ITS THE SAME SHARED and REPEATED TO ALL HUMANITY THE ACROSS THE WORLD…resolved most if not all issues myself in my lifetime without the help of others and all say, GOOD FOR YOU!

I'm a longtime user. Have enjoyed using Spark. Love that it allows you to block certain emails, and also have a unified inbox. Unfortunately since Windows has updated I can no longer get into my Spark on my PC. I literally had to delete a recent Windows update to work around it. Unfortunately Windows reinstalled the update and I can't get in again. I don't think it's a good sign that Windows is blocking access to the app. A security issue? Either way I'm not a happy camper. I had paid to use this app for the year and I'm not even halfway through the billing cycle.

I found I was looking at the help to see how to REPLY to an email! It turned out that the reply icon was right at the bottom, so if you've got more than a short email, you cant see it! Then when i did click reply, even though the email i was trying to reply to was from admin@xxxx the reply was now addressed to no-reply@xxxx that was the last straw, uninstalled and gone back to Outlook (which Im not crazy about either) maybe I'm just dumb!?!? .... god knows how i got that bachelors in Physics????

game changer! Before I started using this email client, I often felt anxious about emailing and lacked confidence in my communication. However, after making the switch, I’ve noticed a significant improvement. I'm now much more efficient across all my devices and can check and respond to emails quickly and confidently. The interface and shortcut keys are incredibly well-designed, helping to streamline my workflow and group everything effectively. My productivity has improved , and distractions are minimal I now prefer emails over other communications

Bonne application dans l'ensemble, je retire 1 étoile car il n'y a pas d'achat lifetime. Ce qui est dommage car dans l'ensemble l'applis est très utiles.

This clean and fast cross-platform email client is exactly what I needed. I'm lucky to be busy on Macs and PCs every day. VFX workstation custom PC and a MBP as well as an iPhone. All synced and easy to use on whatever device my fingers are currently touching. Have multiple brand-varying devices? Spark will sync on all of them. Love it.

Really a nice mail client for organizing email accounts.

Habe das Premium Abo gekündigt weil ich nicht zufrieden war.
Jetzt vor Ablauf des Kündigungstermines am 25.2. werden keine Mails mehr im Posteingang geleitet.
Mehrere meiner Kontakte bestätigten mir, dass die Mail nicht an meine Mailadresse gesendet würden.

Bisher zufrieden. Einrichtung etwas umständlich aber hat geklappt.

Mi trovo ottimamente con questa app, spesso molto più reattiva delle sue controparti, ottima personalizzazione su temi e gesture, ma soprattutto l'account base offre tutte le funzionalità. C'è anche la possibilità di acquistare un abbonamento, ma non l'ho trovato necessario per me, già la versione base va benissimo. Sottolineo però la grande serietà dell'help desk di Spark, che in molto occasioni mi ha seguito con costanza

I was looking for a modern and intuitive email client for my computer, and Spark Mail turned out to be an interesting option. After exploring the features of the free version, I was particularly impressed by two aspects: 1. There’s no limit on the number of email accounts you can use. 2. The option to schedule emails to be sent later. After trying the program, I can confidently say that the company behind Spark has taken email management to another level.

Spark Mail is fantastic and very powerful, even in its free version —the one I am using now. And what is nice with this version is that I can use various accounts without any limitations! It has a super neat interface that looks pro and that is customisable, i.e. you can choose between the fullscreen view or the split view. You have the option to group notifications in categories, or to see all the emails without any filtering in your inbox. I also love the contrasted sidebar on the left, showing just icons —which is ideal to gain space— and expandable/lockable in order to see the account and folder names. Because Spark Mail is designed for teams, you have a specific option to create one and this is ideal for work collaboration. You can also design email signatures (either in plain text or HTML). So, well done Spark!

The UI translations have issues though, and particularly the French version that I use, as it contains some mistakes. For example: The option to empty the bin ("Empty") has been translated as an adjective and not a verb, so it suggests that the bin contains nothing even if there are dozens of messages in it. Rather confusing.

But apart from that, this is an excellent email client.

I've finally found an email app that meets all my needs, and I have tried many. I have 5 email accounts that I use regularly, and Spark allows me to choose which accounts to receive notifications for. It effectively filters emails, allowing me to easily avoid seeing unwanted messages. I especially appreciate the block feature, which sends messages from a blocked sender to a separate folder without notifying me. Moreover, it has a great focus filter integrated deeply into iOS with the focus feature. While it also has AI built in, I believe the AI feature could be improved. I wish it had the same features as Grammarly, as I prefer using Grammarly with the improve feature they have, or sometimes ChatGPT when I write emails. However, this doesn't change how I feel about Spark, as I will continue using Grammarly anyway.

Pros:

1. AI Limitations: The AI feature is not as advanced or effective as desired, particularly when compared to tools like Grammarly or ChatGPT.

2. Reliance on External Tools: Despite having built-in AI, the need to use Grammarly or ChatGPT for certain tasks adds an extra step to the email writing process.
