I bought a timer for my cooker and didn't fully understand the connections. They were endlessly patient in walking me through the right connections until I eventually succeeded. You don't get that sort of support anywhere else.

Parts were delivered promptly and were exact matches to the parts I was replacing.
I had problems refitting the door and after a number of very helpful emails back and forth with Harrison Beggs, identified probable damage to the hinge receiver. Ordered a replacement which was also delivered promptly and resolved the problem.
Needed to study a few YouTube videos online to try and understand how to remove the door and replace hinges, some instructions with the part would have been helpful.

The people are very helpful and professional. The order was sent within four days. Initially I had a problem: the screw which holds down the igniter broke off. I had to drill a new hole and anchor the igniter with a self tapping screw. The company had nothing to do with that. After that, the igniter worked beautifully. What I like about the company is that the guys follow up on their product to see if it was the right one and if the buyer succeeded in getting the problem solved. Great after service !! Also the price was reasonable. Would recommend the company to anyone because their service is great.

I needed a spark generator for our Rangemaster stove. Obviously spare parts numbers change as the appliance gets older. I managed to find an alternative product number on several different websites. But, I wasn’t made aware that my stove had 3 spark generators 1 each for the two ovens and a separate one for the grill and the hob until I did an online chat to this company. Excellent knowledge, service and delivery. Would very highly recommend

I have a faulty main oven door on our Britannia range cooker. The seal has gone and the door itself doesn’t fully close resulting in heat escaping from the oven when in use.
