We ordered a hot tub cover over the phone, and they failed to confirm where the fastening clips needed to be placed (corners). They guessed front/back instead, and the confirmation paperwork never mentioned clip placement. The cover arrived and couldn’t fasten to our tub. When we reached out, they took no responsibility and offered no help—despite it being their error. Now we have an almost $1000 cover that is useless and not compatible with our hot tub. Do not recommend!

The cover looks to be of good quality and so far we are pleased with it. The delivery process for us did not meet our expectations for two reasons. One, it took almost a month to be delivered after it was completed. Second, the carrier used was not able to come into our area and we had to meet them out on the highway to receive it. The last comment is that most covers are equal thickness over the entire lid however the Spamingo cover is a wedge design that I did not realize when ordering. I'm not sure why I missed this specification...

I recently ordered a spa cover from Spa-Migo, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The cover fit perfectly and functioned well, though there was a minor visual issue. Without hesitation, the company replaced the cover and made adjustments at no charge. Having spent my career building my manufacturing company based on unwavering customer service and product quality, I find it refreshing to deal with a business that shares my philosophies. I high recommend them-you won’t find anyone better.

I ordered a spa cover on priority (at my additional cost), went well past the build time. I reached out to the company and they "felt sympathetic" so refunded me partially ($50) saying it was still in priority order. 1.5 months later it was finally shipped, but the carrier they sent it with (Day & Ross) doesn't service my area. I've been on the phone with them for over 6h, and it's now over 3 months since I originally placed this order. STILL NO COVER

It was a perplexing experience shopping with Spa-migo. The website and ordering experience was excellent. Given that I know very little about spa covers, I would have appreciated more information about the products and additional features. For example, what is the best length of trim to order.
The order was promptedly posted on the website with the expected finish time. I was very pleased with the clarity and details of this information.
Then the puzzling part happened. About 7-10 days after my expected completion date I emailed Spa-migo asking about my order. I had assumed that since the order and details were posted that my order would be kept up to date so that I would know if there were any delays.
That wasn't the case.
I received an email the next day stating that my order would be shipped next week. I was puzzled - was that Monday of next week or Friday?
I waited 2 more weeks and emailed again about the order because the tracking number and information provided was frustratingly useless.
My return emails became slower and more imprecise. 'Wait a couple of days' - sort of thing.
The package finally arrived. I found it one afternoon leaning up against our garage. Good thing we were home.
The next few days I received more emails from Spa-migo with the same tracking number.
It became apparent to me that the ordering, construction and shipping of my spa cover are all done by different companies that clearly don't communicate well.
This is disheartening because the ordering part of the deal was so well done.
The final product is good. It seems well constructed. It is also winter so I have not spent a lot of time outside checking out the cover. After a couple of weeks it seems to work well.

Ordering was easy. Price was incredible.

The Ordering process was fine. Product was 5 Star. Where it went bad is we got a shipping notice that never moved.
When we asked about it they told us its our problem and to get hold of the Courier.
So after a bunch of work on our end, they never ever booked have it picked up. Once I informed them we had it in 72 hours. Understand your product will be great but getting it could be a pain.

Placed order Sept 27/25 was told it would be ready by Oct 30/25 and today is Dec 3/25 with no delivery in site!

Customer service great. Production and shipping time great. Very well made but doesn’t lay flat on the hot tub so will have to put weights on the corners. Thanks for the reply Spa-Migo. That makes sense that it will relax. Unfortunately the way our tub sits we can only strap one side but that did help.

Ordered a cover early September of this year. They said I’d receive it by end of the month. It never arrived. When I called they said it’s been built but the shipping was cancelled. Then Alex asked me if I had called the shipping company and cancelled the order. What an insane question. I don’t know who is shipping it even. They then said the shipping company “destroyed” the cover and a new one is being built. Strange. I asked how they know this, he said he THINKS that’s what happened. He always says he needs to talk to his supervisor. Who is nobody. Just his way of skirting responsibility. Anyways they say it will anreive end of October. We are now in November and when I called to inquire Alex asks me if I have received it or any of the addons I purchased. I tell him no and he acts surprised. Tells me he can’t refund the order. This business is an absolute scam.

Would give 5 stars but took 2 months to receive not 20 days

The quality of the Tub cover is Excellent. They need to be a little better in keeping up with letting you know where you are in the production process and shipping.
It would have been nice if the shipper rang my door bell before he dropped off my cover half in the drive way and the other half in my yard.
