I sent them photos of a tear in my brand new hot tub cover. They asked for photos and I thought this is great, I feel acknowledged.

I the received a response syimply providing a link to their warranty terms and conditions and a note saying it is not covered under warranty.

Their solution was for me to go buy flex seal and use that on a brand new cover.

Ordering was easy online. Customer service reached out before making the cover in order to be sure the order looked right. They took the time to talk to me to ensure it would be made exactly the way I wanted it. They noticed that I ordered a cover for the cover that was bigger than it needed to be and asked if I wanted a smaller one (which I did), and I was thankful for that. It arrived sooner than expected. Shipping cost was very reasonable. And the cover appears to be better quality (thicker, better material, more tightly sewn, perfectly-fitting skirt) than the spa manufacturer cover that I'd previously had. AND it cost hundreds of dollars less than if I would have purchased it through the spa manufacturer. I'm very happy with every aspect of the experience!

Spa-Migo is by far the best Hot Tub Cover Company out there….just tell them the the make and model and they do all the rest, they have excellent staff that call you to ensure what your purchasing is the correct cover…..thank you for all the help !!

Easy ordering and delivered as promised. One word of caution, I ordered a 5 inch skirt. Unfortunately my handrail interfere with the skirt. I will have to move the hand rail in warmer weather.

Have used bullfrog spa lift covers for years and they always failed. Searched and found Spa Amigo rolling cover design and was willing to pay more for ease of use. They made it easy to order and pay, and about a month later install was done in a few hours (had to disassemble old cover and add rolling cover shelf). Elegant design, easy to use, and seals up well. Highly recommend.

The salesman on the phone was EXTREMELY helpful and guided me to the correct cover to order. It arrived in the time period he quoted. The cover is great.

I put the cover in my cart as I was looking at options. I received a text from the shop app. Stating that I could receive the cover in 10 days. This was on December 21st. Because of this I ordered the cover.
I later got a text stating that they would not start making the cover until January 7th. I did speak with an employee. But never heard back again, as they stated they would.
The cover finally arrived at the end of January. It fit but not perfectly as I ordered it for exactly my hot tub model.

The ordering process was very easy. Communication with Spa-Migo was excellent; I was informed on progress during construction of my cover as well as delivery date and time! Once my cover arrived I was more than happy with the quality and fit of my cover!

After lots of time-consuming research looking for manufacturers of quality hot tub/spa covers, we eventually settled on Spa-Migo, and we are so HAPPY that we found them!! The customer service provided by Jeremy was extraordinarily wonderful and helpful in determined the accurate sizing and the upgraded options that were recommended. Jeremy was so patient in going over all the details in measuring and ultimately ordering our spa cover. I didn't feel any pressure to order from them, just wonderful customer service that made me want to!!

We ordered our spa cover on December 28, 2025 (a Sunday and Jeremy spent so much time with me on the phone for the ordering process) and they said we could expect to receive it in late January 2026. It arrived in PERFECT condition on January 21st...at least a week earlier than I expected! (Although the shipper never was able to give me delivery information, the item arrived very soon after the shipping email arrived.)

The hot tub/spa cover fits perfectly, and we are very happy with the quality!!

Terrible product and experience. It took 5.5 weeks to get it delivered AFTERED it had been shipped. I put it on to find that, though I had selected my exact model, they do not manufacture them to match the current OEM clasps so I had to install new ones (provided). I've had it on for two weeks and the quality is crap, my OEM cover did not have any ice build up or escaping hot air, this Spa-migo cover is full of ice and half of the time I can't get it open because it's frozen shut. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Good options to add on extras like a heavy hinge etc., at reasonable prices.
Easy to follow size template sent to confirm measurements, since I have rear speakers, to ensure a perfect fit.
Cover shipped on time.

Product was received and well built. Major issue about "Tracking Order Delivery". No tracking updates. Product delivered to our home and it was fortunate we were home at the time.
