The business is run by father and son team Stephen, Murray and Harry Graham. Excellent quality product and service
Placed a recent order with this supplier, I was apprehensive as I had previously had a poor mix of wet and rotten wood as well as softwood when I had ordered hardwood, however I gave them a 2nd chance. Not disappointed, 100% this time round, not a bad or wet bit in the mix, came when they said, communicated well. Excellent.

Great logs, excellent delivery service
Great logs and excellent delivery service. Although the access to my garage was blocked by vehicles that morning, the delivery man nevertheless made it and dropped them as near as possible. Fantastic.

I have ordered from this company before always have had kiln dried wood ready to burn never have had a problem getting the fire started would recommend them to anyone

Service and communication good
Service and communication good, however this is the second time we have received wood with a higher moisture content than expected. The kiln dried logs we bought this time have a high internal moisture content (25-35%) when we checked the wood after splitting

Hi Matt, Apologies to hear than you are not satisfied with the products at this time of year the non kiln dried wood can be higher in moisture content hence they are not certified as ready to burn under woodsure. In future if you need to burn the wood right away i would recommend one of our kiln dried products. That said we have a good stock of dry seasoned Larch currently and would like to offer you a bag of this at half price to keep you going and allow the hardwood you ordered to dry out. Please just email back and we will sort it out for delivery asap.

firewood delivery problems
Although the product (firewood) was delivered to the correct address, I had specifically requested that the delivery be made after a certain date (as I wasn't at home). This request was however ignored with the result that the firewood was out in the rain for several days. It absorbed a lot of moisture and so doesn't burn as well as it should.
In addition, the company hasn't picked up the empty bag (which I left out for them on which required a deposit) or contacted me to say when they will do it.
