The team at SCS have an extensive knowledge of the food service industry with over 70 years experience. SCS was founded by Paul Cox in 1996. Since then SCS has transformed into the leading authorised Avery Berkel Distributor and provide Software solutions to many business throughout UK. The business now operates from our purpose built offices, warehouse & showroom in East Sussex. We provide demonstrations either at your location or in our demonstration room, where you will see our extensive range of hardware and software solutions which provide cost and time savings. We provide our solutions into the following markets, Butchers, Bakeries, Greengrocers, Fishmongers, Farm Shops, as well as many others. These businesses can be just an individual shop or multi location. SCS can provide on-site surveys and consultation on the best solutions for you depending on budget and timescales. We pride ourselves on understanding our customers needs and providing them the right products for their business. We use all of our in-depth knowledge of the food service industry to help and provide ongoing support for all new and existing customers. 7 xti scales installed in two days , we live in north west of Scotland scs are as far south as you can get In England , not a problem to scs (Paul cox) all scales installed label formats re made and wireless scales done for our mobile shop. Top top service scs know their stuff , we have being using dimension pro for 12 years now and it gets better and better , support we receive from all at scs is top class , phone or email your issue and their support team are on it . Great for all your labels as well , well done and thank you Paul and rest of crew at scs .highly recommended company and great service

Excellent service from South Coast Systems.
We had some problems with an upgrade for Dimension Pro and a printer. Could not fault them for resolving the issues 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

We have used scs for over 5 years
We have used scs for a number of years. Started off with a scale and invoice system, which works very well. We then added traceability to our wholesale building, this is used under FSA rules and has proved invaluable. We also added an online shop to use through covid. Their after sales back up has improved a great deal over the last 12 months.
Would recommend.

Great support from a helpful company
Great support from a helpful company SCS, together with Purple Web Creative have provided us with a range of hardware and software solutions. Whenever we have technical questions a prompt personalised service is provided. As ever wit IT, we can experience some glitches, but help is available whether it be over the phone or remotely.

Helpful manner
Helpful manner, easy to follow instructions over the phone or by Anydesk and prompt resolutions or investigations. Regular updates to the software and only a phone call away for assistance! The software is user friendly and fairly easy to understand.
