We conduct thorough quality checks, but we prefer to send all items factory sealed. I will be letting the factory know that your item was broken/faulty when you opened it.

These headphones are amazing and super quick delivery definitely recommend purchasing for sourced electronics!! They were that good that I placed another order once I received my Bluetooth headphones.

I had an issue with my I200s but Louise was extremely helpful and managed my issue very profesionally. This is what customer service should be. A virtuous and friendly manner to solve issues that the customer faces.

Excellent customer service & product
I purchased the i10 headphones for my son a few months ago from Sourced Electronics and was really happy with the product and customer service so I bought another set for my other son last week and when they arrived one headphone would not work. I emailed them and recieved a reply by Louise straight away and a replacement was posted with no hassle at all. I would highly recommend the product and their customer service is excellent

TWS i10 EarPods
I received a set of TWS i10 EarPods which were excellent, unfortunately the right EarPods wouldn’t charge properly. I contacted Louise at sourced electronics and organised for them to be returned for an exchange. I can’t fault the service I received and would highly recommend Sourced Electronic based on the service I got.
