Great customer service
Great customer service. Bought some TWS headphones last year and had a problem with them in the last couple of weeks, contacted the company and was sent replacements in a couple of days under warranty, no quibbles and no problem. Highly recommended.

Not worth the price (this mentions major problems)
Postage was fast audio quality and bass are good but it’s downhill from here. When watching YouTube there is audio latency the video and audio aren’t synced. When looking at the batteries on my iPhone it is inaccurate and tends to change drastically within seconds. The volume is way too loud I often find myself on the lowest volume and that is still too loud. Overall not worth the price bad product.

We decided as a business not to have this text on the i500, when dealing with the factories we can choose to have this or not. Also, all the i500 are built differently depending on the factory, but they should have some standard features.

I have just received the i500 tws…
I have just received the i500 tws AirPods and the sound quality is very poor, I am quite upset as I can’t afford the real thing so I was hoping for something close but the quality is bad and I’m very disappointed, it doesn’t show on the website how to get a refund so I’m having to write this review in hope that I can get my money back

I'm sorry to hear you have had issues with your i500. There is contact information provided on your order confirmation email, order shipped email and all the packing slip in the parcel itself. We also have a contact us section which is accessible everywhere across the website.
Please feel free to contact me with your full name, order number and delivery address. If you are within your 30 day period, I will provide you with a full refund or if you are outside of this I will send you a brand new replacement that I will personally test before sending out to you.

Buds stopped working properly after 2 weeks!
The service and stuff was great for the buds but after 2 weeks I connected my amazing i500 buds to an iMac and after that the buds stopped working properly. The light stopped flashing and the auto pop up feature stopped working and this really disappointed me as I paired my buds to an iMac. 😔
I would really appreciate it if I could get a replacement if this doesn’t work properly in the next month!

Thank you for your review. From what you describe, it seems to me that you may need to restart your i500 earphones (Please email me and I will send you the instructions). However, if this does not solve the problem, I would be more than happy to provide you with a brand new replacement.

i500 Problems
i500 Earphones were really good at first, just over a month after purchase my left earphone has stopped working, it has not been dropped, exposed to water or anything like that it just doesn’t connect anymore
