Made me transfer from Spotify to Qobuz a dream!

I signed up for Soundiiz specifically to transfer my playlists from Yandex Music to Spotify. The process seemed straightforward — I entered my Yandex account credentials, hit confirm, and waited. The transfer never happened. Nothing. No playlists moved, no progress, no error message explaining why it failed.

What I did get, however, was an email from Yandex notifying me of a suspicious login to my account — from North Carolina, USA, on a Windows 10 machine. I am not in the US. I have never been to North Carolina. I do not use Windows 10.

So to summarize: the service took my login credentials, did absolutely nothing with them on my end, and apparently used them to access my account from a completely different country. Whether this is negligence (storing credentials insecurely and getting breached) or something more deliberate, I have no idea — but the outcome is the same. My account was accessed without my knowledge.

I immediately changed my password and revoked all third-party access. I strongly urge anyone reading this to not enter your credentials from any music service into Soundiiz until they provide a transparent explanation of how they handle authentication and why logins are originating from US-based servers without user consent.

This is not a minor bug. This is a serious privacy and security concern. Avoid.

Soundiiz worked very well with the link that Qobuz sent for transferring songs and playlists out of Spotify into Qobuz.

I migrated my libraries from Tidal to Qobuz and nothing appears in Qobuz despite email from Soundiz saying transfer successful. Repeated the process and still nothing. I've cleared the cache, restarted the app, re-installed, checked the web player and nothing appears. Seriously disappointing.

This application has been worth every penny... As I've switched favorite music providers multiple times through the years, it's been so helpful to sync up all of my playlists and even go back to original playlists from when I first started streaming music at all... Or before that when I was just listening to music I owned! Through the years they've simplified the process and made it so much easier with each update to know exactly what I'm doing with each playlist.

Transferring my playlists from various sources to my new streaming provider was incredibly straightforward thanks to Soundiiz. Both Apple Music and Sonos Playlist worked seamlessly. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without it.

Love this app. I subscribed with the paid version, it saves so much work.

The company really needs to work on their customer service. I had a weird billing issue, but instead of helping they suggested that I cancel the service. So I did, and will never use or recommend this company ever!

Edit: I'm leaving my initial review up for transparency. However, one of the founders (Thomas) reached out and resolved my issue. It's frustrating that I had to take this extra step to get the result I desired, but I had no issues with the actual service. Adjusting my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Thanks, Thomas!

i wanted to copy my music, especially a 2000 tune playlist, from amazon to qobuz, so i used soundiiz. it is possible, but very cumbersome, using the free version. for €5 it did it very easily.

I don’t know that Soundriiz exists but boy, I’m glad it does! The process of transferring my 6,000 song library was flawless, smooth, effortless and simple! I have all of my playlists too! The addition of getting the email sent when the process is finished and being able to just close the open tab and let soundriiz do the work, AMAZING!

The transfer of playlists and liked songs from one platform to another was simple and intuitive! This service was the reason I was willing to leave a platform that has proven to be bad for artists and society; I knew I wouldn’t lose my hard work building those experiences. The platform I switched to, Qobuz, told me after I had subscribed to Soundiiz, though, that my subscription with Qobuz included a month of Soundiiz free; I do wish I had known that. That said, $5 well spent.

Pretty amazing how you can transfer from one streaming app to another.
The initial setup was a little confusing. Also, after transfer showed completed it actually missed two playlists and the ones I selected to transfer ended up transferring All the playlists from Spotify.

Super easy to use, allowed me to really quickly and easily export all my Spotify playlists and saved items to another music service. It found the vast majority of my music, and gives really handy reports of all the exports so if there is anything missing you have this to refer to. You can also download files of all your playlists too if you like, so you have a record of this outside of your music service. I have a *lot* of music, so I paid £5 for one month of premium service to export everything at once, and it was so so worth it. And it was super easy to cancel this straight after the job was done so I won’t be charged again. You can also then disconnect your accounts so Soundiiz doesn’t keep access to them, if you want, for more peace of mind. This is a fantastic service and it made switching away from Spotify super simple, easy and fast. Strongly recommended!

Was super happy about not having to transfer all of my Youtube playlists to Tidal manually when we bought that, but sadly I ended up having to do most of the work manually anyway.
Every single one of my playlists had missing songs, which is not the biggest issue. On the contrary, I actually expected that since some songs from YT are not official and some playlists were very old. But the biggest issue was the fact that every playlist had wrong songs as well. Some right song, wrong artist or vice versa, some downright random songs I have no idea where came from. And most of these were original uploads on YT as well. I've spent several hours fixing my playlists and looking for mistakes, so for me paying for this service has not been worth it...

Made clear what songs were found, which ones weren't. Very quick transfer speeds, too.
