Really lovely food

Sadly big delay with delivery but they were good at communicating about it.

The food is really delicious - and good for you! We're mid house renovation and I need food that's convenient but can't stand supermarket ready meals that are full of rubbish. These are great value and their customer service is really good too - there was a problem with the delivery (the fault of the courier) and they resolved it really quickly.

4 of the containers were cracked and the plastic went into the food. I emailed to report this and asked for 4 new tubs to be re sent and they weren't. Youy couldn't really have done worse tbh

I liked the food. The main issue was that the delivery was delayed and didn't take place on the day it was meant to. I got notifications for a UPS delivery on that day while I was at work but because it didn't say it was from Soulful I didn't realise that it was the meals. When I got home from work all the meals had defrosted which meant that I had to eat them very quickly. This was meant to be a trial run for when I am going to be housebound after surgery but the delivery person didn't use the intercom so I was unable to speak to them which would be necessary after the surgery as I won't be able to carry the box up to my flat.

Easy to shop online with a wide choice. Quick delivery and still cool. One pot was cracked down the side. I didn't bother to raise as an issue because only one affected. My rating mainly based on how I enjoyed eating the one pots.

I love your West African pots in particular, but didn’t find any label or instructions on how to return the foil etc.
Unfortunately, one of the pot’s seal was broken and the lid was starting to come off, so I had to throw it away. Perhaps checking when packing should be even more meticulous? Delivery was when promised though, so thank you.

Cheap, but some of he spicy ones made me want to retch, weirdly..

Also, they will pester you to review even if you didn’t tick any communications options.

The dishes were nice but too spicy for our taste

Amazing Food great taste great quality. I bought the 12 pot package and very very impressed. All the 12 pots were very tasty and well packaged. I will be ordering a repeat order soon. The company are really good the packaging is perfect and it was delivered in perfect condition and still frozen.

The pots are all delicious unfortunately they arrived in to larger bow and had smashed into each other resulting in on pot having a cracked lid

Pots were lovely but some had obviously previously frozen and half defrosted when I got them. It made them very watery, almost like a soup.
