What can I say - soru’s customer care is exceptional. I am based in Ireland and have purchased many products from soru - all beautiful pieces.
Recently one of my sapphire drop earrings broke. I contacted customer service who advised what steps to follow in sending the earrings to them for repair. In total, a timeframe of approximately 12 days the earrings were received by soru, repaired and returned to me.

I want to recognise the exceptional customer service I received from Jo at Soru. I recently contacted Customer Services after losing a precious piece of jewellery that was no longer in stock. The sentimental value made its loss incredibly difficult, and I never imagined I would be able to find a replacement.

I was amazed to receive a response the next day from Jo who showed not only empathy but also an exceptional level of customer service. In less than 24 hours, Jo had gone above and beyond to personally source the piece from Italy for me. I have purchased a few pairs of earrings from SORU, all beautiful and no issues. Recently I reached out as I noticed there was a problem with one of my pairs of earrings. The customer service was exceptional from prompt replies to the ultimate turn around and fix of the issue. This is why I would continue to purchase their earrings, Jo and Deb both were super helpful and it’s why I will continue to purchase and buy their products.

I had great customer service today from Jo. My order got lost (totally my fault as I put the wrong postcode on the order). It made its way back to soru after weeks and weeks and Jo arranged to have the parcel re delivered to me without question. I had given up trying to contact the post office and had written it off.. made my day to have my beautiful necklace coming to me..!

I have been purchasing jewellery from SORU for a number of years. I love that their pieces are the perfect blend between unique and elegance.

I'll be honest for many they would be considered purchase, but they always do great offers and sales and the quality is worth it. (This is normally when I purchase).

This brings me to my recent encounter with the SORU team.
I had recently contacted them to purchase the Notte Stellata earrings and spoke to the lovely Deb. She was more then accommodating with my queries sending me extra pictures etc from the office in a timely manner.

Unfortunately for me these earrings were very popular and sold out before I could purchase. Deb did offer me alternatives to meet the criteria I was after (elegant everyday earring), but my heart was set on the Notte Stellata design.

Fast forward almost two weeks later and Deb messages me out of the blue because they have one pair of these earrings come in to stock (for reference the line is to be discontinued for new styles). I was very appreciative that Deb not only remembered my enquiry but took the time to reach out and arrange delivery of item. I feel that this personalised customer care is very much missing in this industry today with everyone being seemingly far to busy. Thank you again Deb she is an asset to the SORU team : ).

Excellent customer service

I bought the baroque Pearl earrings after seeing them on a colleague. I wanted them to wear on my wedding day. I’d hoped to take them to a dress fitting to check if they’d go but that was outside of the returns date. The team allowed me to hang on to them until then and offered a full refund if they didn’t suit. They also suggested holding off purchasing for a few days as there was a sale coming up. You can’t ask for more than that, and they are stunning. I’m keeping them and can’t wait to wear them down the aisle.

I’ve ordered jewellery from Soru for over 4 years now and have always been delighted with my new pieces. I recently had a few crystals fall out of a necklace purchased last year and the customer service response was great: communication was clear and my necklace will be repaired within the next week. Very happy customer and will always support Soru!

I had some issue with a necklace I bought in 11/24 and needed to have it repaired. After emailing customer service I was given the instruction on how to send it back. However, little did I know that sending a package from the U.S. to the U.K. could be quite costly and in my case it would have ended up being 20% of the price I paid for the necklace. I almost decided to not have the necklace repaired. Deb, a customer service rep. was so kind as to offer me a free return label upon hearing about my problem. I am so appreciative of her go-above-and-beyond attitude for customer service. Also, knowing that Soru is a small business and cannot always offer free return shipping like some big American brand names can, I am even more appreciative of the exception they made for me. I will remain a loyal customer!

My favourite jewelers, these ladies offer unique stunning pieces I can't resist 😍 always exciting to wait for new collaborations and designs I've never been disappointed with a single piece and always get complicated. I was lucky enough to receive the beautiful Vincenzina Linear earrings from my husband for Christmas this year, You have placed them in the category “statement earrings” and they most definitely live up to that description! They’re absolutely stunning, not too heavy and will enhance any outfit. They had their first outing on NYE to great acclaim and I looking forward to wearing them many times throughout the year.
