Matt and his team worked with us on the design through several iterations and produced it exactly to spec and with care. We were able to specify what base shoe which really differentiated him from any other makers we found. The shoes look great!

Arrived at Trafford centre at 6pm to sort, says open until 8. Give up as no one was there. Changed weekend plans to return the Saturday, arrived 11:45 as opened at 12. Still waiting at time of review for some one to attend.

This is my fourth pair of customs from the team at MattB. They never disappoint, great quality as advertised and awesome service! I will be buying more

The quality of the final product from MattB Customs is very good, and I am ultimately pleased with how the custom trainers turned out. However, getting there was a frustrating process.
​Despite paying £33 up front for the design service, the initial mock-ups repeatedly missed my clear instructions, forcing me to create the design myself and send sample visuals for them to replicate. Communication was also a major challenge—it took well over 15 emails back and forth to finalize everything, including periods where my emails chasing updates on timelines went unanswered.
​The craftsmanship on the end product is undeniable, but the design coordination and customer support/communication leave a lot of room for improvement.

Really happy with the turnaround time and finished product.

Not received after 1 month. Had ro pay extra once already bought really not impressed still waiting for it. Paid for first class delivery aswell

Quality - fantastic. Customer service - unsurpassed. This is the second purchase I’ve made from Matt. Considering this was an international sale I’m very impressed with the efficiency with which my order was handled.

Overall really poor, took ages with the designs, didn’t read the brief or follow up email… decided to write off the initial deposit and find someone who bothered to read emails

I’m told that the true measure of exceptional customer service isn’t when everything goes well, it’s how they cope and treat their customers when things don’t quite go right and I have to say that in my situation Mattbcustoms absolutely excelled themselves. A small hiccup, one very panicked prom Mum but I was provided with constant reassurance and updates that everything would be perfect…and it was. My daughter’s custom prom Campus are fabulous and she’s absolutely buzzing about wearing them. I cannot fault the customisation, the communication, the speed of answering emails, and of course, the outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t think twice about using Mattbcustoms again. Thank you for everything, you’ve made me and my girl extremely happy. I wish I knew the name of the lady with the beautiful nails that helped me but you’re one in a million! Thank you.

It was a wonderful experience, my daughter (5years old) had her stanley customised. The gent who dealt with us was so friendly and lovely and i had a very happy 5 year old.

I had been searching for the right artist to design a one off the kind trainers for a long time before I came across MattB customs. And I must say the skill, talent and care what went into the ultimate design is first class and I must say MattB customs are highly recommend to see your designs brought to life. Exceptional .

I will be honest, I wasn't going to give 5 stars because of the slow delivery which wasn't 15 days, but 30. However when I saw them I was left speechless. Exactly the design I made on my computer was on my sneakers. Just amazing work guys. I am ready for the 250th anniversary on 4th of July.

Absolutely love these trainers. The turn around was about 10 days from dropping them off at the Trafford to having them posted back but communication and updates were great. But they’re flawless. Definitely recommend having some customs made.

I took my Stanley Cup into JD in the Trafford Centre yesterday. I was served by a very pleasant girl who was knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. I didn’t really know what to have engraved onto it and she spent time showing me different Designs and Fonts. She also served another customer whilst I stood back having a think and her presentation and mannerism is a credit to your company. Very Happy Customer

If you're hesitant about ordering custom shoes internationally, MattB Customs is the way to go. They worked closely with me on the initial mockups, making sure every detail was right before moving forward. Communication was quick in spite of the time zone difference between the UK and US West coast, pricing was clear, and the shipping from the UK to the US was incredibly efficient. I couldn't be happier with the final product.

My daughter wanted her uggs designed it was her first time and she was so happy with the design and results of how the turned out definitely recommend and will be a return customer thanks a lot everyone xx
