I've had nothing but excellent customer service so far from the team at Sorted. I ordered the non-bayleafer T-Shirt and presented my husband with it today. He loved it. It's a little tight for him, even though I ordered a size up for what he usually wears, but he says it's wearable. I'm in the US so I wasn't sure how much to increase a size by for our conversions. Math was never my strong suit. The shipping speed was quite good especially considering it came from overseas. Quality of the shirt looks good and like it will hold up to a lot of good use. If you want a Sidekick app review: please consider adding a marker for the level of difficulty for the recipes. Also, a challenge game for us very beginners including things like knife skills without damaging our fingers.

In the future please let me know that my order would be split into two shipments. I received part via Federal Express who provides a tracking number. It was very fast. The second part came via Royal Mail which I am unfamiliar with since I live in the U.S. I was unable to track using the number provided and had to contact Sorted for clarification. Your customer service is very responsive and I was very pleased with your staff. I received the second package within two weeks of my order.

Good communication, quickly shipped. The only thing was a lack of information about taxes in a delivery country.

While it was easy to make the purchase online, I have not been able to redeem my gift subscription yet. When I tried to redeem, the website says the code is expired even though it had only been a few days since I purchased. I’ve reached out for support by email with screenshots. I received an auto acknowledgment email to which I replied again with the same screenshots. It’s been 4 business days now since my second email with no reply nor resolution.

I'm very disappointed to leave a negative review as the app itself is good and makes my life a lot easier.

However, I purchased a one year subscription and the voucher code was expired upon receipt. I've contacted the service team and have had radio silence for over a week now. Not a great customer experience.

Great products from a talented and exceptional group of people. Hoping that these will be well-received on Christmas!

My boyfriend has been talking about wanting the sidekick app for ages so being able to get him a gift subscription was very cool

I placed an order on 11/24. Have not received it yet. Got an email that it was shipped on 11/25. Unable to get tracking info on the order. Very frustrating.

Easy and fast checkout. Great service and a get group to support.

UPDATE: Upon responding (1 1/2 weeks) they resolved it within 20 mins and sent me 2 new codes. Now I am happily using the app and love it, hence the 4 stars.

Paid for x2 yearly gift subscriptions, only got one code.

That code does not work.

Contacted them several times with no response through different channels.

Still waiting on getting access to my subscription, and wanting to give the other as a gift.

Very straightforward. Just a small problem with the voucher but the guys from the support helped me asap .
Product is great and looking forward to seeing what the recipient of the gift has to say.

I purchased a year subscription for sidekick but when trying to subscribe the code looks like is already been used.. I contacted the customer support and received a response that it would be dealt with soon, is now a week and I haven't been contacted :(

I would give probably 4 or 5 stars once the issue is sorted, the app seems a great idea and I would love to use it :)

The app itself is not great. Sometimes the recipes skip steps and you need to figure out what goes where or what to do.

Biggest issue is every year when I renew it is always a painful experience and I have not had a single year since I joined that I did not need to reach out to customer support to help with the renewal as the website is terrible and even this year the renewal code I received was expired.

Now you ask, why do I even still renew? The recipes are pretty good but seriously considering looking at alternatives as the bad app and website just makes this process painful.

Finding everything and checking out was super easy! The only small thing is the tracking for those who live outside of the UK. I was provided a tracking number - however everytime I looked it up I got an error that it could not be found. Luckily my post office told me via email I have a package coming today that appears to be my order. Thank you!

the shipping was fast though I had to pay the post for taxes and a shipping fee on top of the price I paid for the books. This was not only 8 euro+ on the price but also created problems since I had to pay the post man in cash (I ended up going to the post office).

I would have liked to know in advance about this. You have my address you can calculate the taxes and shipping I will have to pay. And/or get a fulfilment centre in the EU so we don't have to do this.

Books are nice. Though I should not have chosen the CBA series personally. After reading the recipes I see no reason to put all the effort into cooking real food just to turn around and pump it with instant noodle flavourings to shave off 5' of cooking.
It is a personal preference though.

Excellent delivery time, excellently packaged, the book may be titled Cba but everything else was top notch! The quality of recipes in the book is amazing, and I can’t wait to steal some before I gift it to my sister for Christmas.
