I subscribed to a 3 month supply from…
I subscribed to a 3 month supply from these guys in Nov 25. It was not apparent that the 3 month supply was ONE bottle - not a bottle a month. That was annoying but I guess ok.
I have quite a few subscriptions with various companies. They ALL give you an email a few days prior to dispatch to allow you to delay or cancel the order.
The first notification I got today was from Paypal confirming my payment to them. £30 more than the initial cost.
I didn't require a new bottle yet - so emailed them (like I would do to other subscriptions I have) - but was told, sorry - it has been prepared for you and can't be changed/cancelled/refunded.
I'll take this bottle, grudgingly, but I have cancelled the subscription.
I'm not sure if the product is working or not, maybe a little. But I won't purchase from them again. They need to be more transparent about what you are paying for and the chance to amend the timings of the dispatches.

Bad reaction to the spray.
Started using the Finastride and Minoxidil spray, but after 4-5 days of use, i started to get weeping sores on my scalp. I contacted Sons, they got back to me after 2 days and said to just fill in an online form and if the symptoms persist to contact my GP. The online form was a complete nightmare. Screen freezing and crashing. Not able to upload photos. I gave up after an hour. I stopped using the spray and the sores cleared, no need for GP.

wrong size and itchy product
I ordered 60ml bottles on Amazon and received a 50ml product. I can’t understand how a company can have such a product policy. Only 10ml less than the next size up?? Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this until relatively late. Still, it’s not my fault.
Also, since I’ve been using the product, I’ve had severe itching on my scalp and suspect that my hair loss is accelerating. While I was taking Regain, I didn’t have these side effects and felt that my hair density improved slightly. Because of the price difference, I wanted to try this product for 2–3 months. Unfortunately, that was a big mistake. It seems like I cut corners in the wrong place.
