Fantastic personal service, watch was better than described, even had personal delivery.
would HIGHLY Recommend.

Highly Recommended Company

I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending Chris and Sonning Vintage Watches. It has been a very pleasant experience with great customer service throughout. Chris has a wealth of knowledge backed up with great communication making the whole experience a pleasure.

I recently bought a new watch of Chris and the experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Chris is a fountain of knowledge and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs.

I would highly recommend.

Purchase of a watch from Sonning Vintage Watches

I recently purchased a vintage watch from Chris at Sonning Vintage Watches. The transaction details were thoroughly explained before purchase and the watch was promptly shipped. The shipment was to the United States and the watch was expertly packaged and protected. All communications from Chris were professional and prompt. I'm extremely happy with my purchase from Sonning Vintage Watches and would buy from them again with no hesitation.

Wonderful Shop for Vintage Watches!

I actually found this page accidentally while I was looking for a vintage watch which I could wear with a suit. Making a purchase purely over the internet is common standard today but for a rare timepiece with a certain price tag it really needs trust. I went through several ratings of Sonning and at the end of the day it was the response I received from Chris to my questions and the calls we had which did convince me to go for it. Always very friendly, supportive and reactive to all my questions and this in no time.

I finally bought a 1972 Rolex Date Just, which looked in real life even better than on the pictures and certainly worth the money spend. It was delivered via DHL insured parcel with tracking number and delivery notification and arrived perfectly safe in a nice leather box with multiple layers of protection around.

I can only recommend Chris and his Sunning Vintage Watches!

Excellent Rolex Watch and Great Service

I just purchased a superb 1978 Rolex Oysterdate from Sonning Vintage Watches and the whole experience has been excellent.
Each watch is carefully prepared before sale and accurately calibrated before it is dispatched.
The accompanying detailed photographs and insurance valuation are first rate.
Chris takes a personal interest in each watch that is sold and the communication at each stage has been faultless.
A great pleasure to deal with Chris and Sonning Vintage Watches.
