I thought it took too long to receive the item and I made a mistake and ordered 2 epicoolers and I only need one so I would like to return one and get a refund

Absolute horror
Absolute horror. CS replying slow, usually takes over a week or two. Ordered my sonabuds 17 June, now is 27 July and still have not received them. CS keeps asking me to wait 7 days and if not received contact them again. This is now second time I've been asked that. I'm just guessing how many more 7 days I will be asked to wait lol. Waist of time and money. I am not expecting to receive my order anymore. Just waisted my money and time.

Return process not clearly explained.
First representative listened to description of issue and understood my request. Instructions for the return process were not clear.
Contacted customer service twice more for clarification and representative became sarcastic and rude.

BEWARE SCAM
BEWARE SCAM - Extra items charged to my card, charged in USD which was not shown on the price. Tried cancelling order but told it was processed already….. within an hour. 12 days later no tracking # or confirmation of my parcel being shipped. Customer service just lie saying they will follow up or help but nothing is done. IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY USE THESE GUYS

The customer service will not give me…
The customer service will not give me an address to return items and get a refund. Package came with no indication or markings this came from sonabuds and no indication these generic ear buds are in any way translating earbuds.once i finally got return address and sent items back at my cost still can't get them to refund. Item was not ever taken out of original packaging. Keep being told it's being done and it obviously isn't.
