When I contacted customer support to explain my disappointment with my order, Jamaica II listened patiently and immediately contacted her supervisor. After more feedback from me, she again contacted her supervisor and they came up with an acceptable solution for me.

It was the person explaining what to do, to return an item that the person who it was given to didn't appreciate it.

I called customer support about a wrong assumption I had made in ordering. The lady was very helpful and followed through with what she said she would do in my behalf. I have had another person also reach out to me after the initial call. Everyone I have delt with offers very helpful customer support.

Easy process. After watching video I was sold.

I attempted to order a Puriproduce vegetable cleaner. Not sure what happened, however we received a product that is nothing like pictured, product came with NO instruction manual, and everything on the outside box was Chinese print. Attempting to return the order, we'll see what happens.

Same product available on Amazon for $30.00!

Don't care for the push to buy more product.

We saw the ad on TV went to check it out online saw the price that they were trying to charge and decided not to order it. Then we get it in the mail a few weeks later not happy with his experience.

The staff always answered me in a timely manner, and provided clear and concise information. Top-notch!

The reason I purchased this product was because Consumer Reports rates it as one of its Best Products.

Ordering was very simple. Can’t wait to try it!

The rep listened to my complaint and understood my problem. She gave me instructions on how to proceed with my return.

I am in the middle of action with the company so I can't record my experience from start to finish. I found that an order had gone through for 2 of the items I wanted not one as I expected, so I immediately requested that the order be changed to just 1 (ie just 1 minute later), which the company said I could do if I did it quickly. The helpline came back to me to say it was too late to change the order as it was already being actioned, which could not have been possible in the timescale. However I was told I could return the deleivery on arrival. I am at that stage now.

This product is a toal scam, the company took over £140 out of my bank eventhough it was advertised at half price. I was sent two neither of them worked. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It does not deserve any star but you can't review without giving a star rating.

Product to nearly a month to receive and was not what I expected compared to advertisement

1) It took a very long time to receive my package. When I finally received the package, and I read the instructions, the instructions were in broken English which made the actual instruction very conflicting. For example - you are not to submerge the product in water because it may short circuit the unit; however, you are to submerge the unit in water in order to clean the fruits and vegetables.
