All really good. From start to finish! The very pleasant gentleman that did the handed over was such a nice chap. Knew his stuff , was happy to repeat things and had a good sense of humour.

Superb customer service and we were buying an entry level van. Nothing to much trouble and the few things that needs attention were sorted quickly and no bother. Can't fault them, very happy.

Excellent pre sales and after sales service. I am a first time owner and they have solved two of my teething problems with calm efficiency.

We bought our used Motorhome from Somerset Motorhomes in August and took delivery in September 2017. The whole transaction was trouble free, with plenty of advice available and the team were keen to ensure that we chose the correct configuration for us. The centre give a free nights stay at a nearby site on the day of collection, just in case there are any problems, either with the unit bought or with the people using it.
We have had occasion to contact their service centre after purchase for a problem that we encountered whilst away. The centre were very efficient and helpful and quickly resolved our problem over the telephone without any fuss. No hesitation in recommending Somerset Motorhomes to anyone.

helpful staff, no pressure

Friendly Staff and they have a good customer service ethic, however I found it a long process to address issues with the purchase. in summary they are good at talking the talk but not so good at delivering results unless pressed. The service center is a lovely place but rarely call back as promised . Would think again before returning as a customer.

All things being equal, we found delaing with this company very rewarding - they went the extra yard to ensure that the MotorHome we purchased from them was as good as it could be. A flexible and compromising group of personable people to deal with.

This is our first motorhome and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They walked me through the set up and made our first trip out so much easier, cheers guys 😁

Very professional, friendly and obliging service

Friendly sales team. Low key, but helpful when viewing vehicles. Pick up procedure was fine with some accessories included in hand over. Habitation checks and base vehicle service poor. This may have been carried out by third parties and is something that could be improved.

We purchased our van st the Shepton Mallet show and received a very good deal on the van we traded in. John was very helpful and gave us a good look over the van before answering any questions we had.
We were booked onto Ashe farm camp site on the day of collection so that we could get used to the van and test out all the gadgets on board,we had a couple of issues so we took the van back to the service centre next morning and all the issues were corrected quickly and with out fuss,in fact all the staff there were very helpful and treated us politely and nothing was too much trouble for them

I would recommend somerset motorhome . I was made very welcome on entering their business premises to pick up my new motorhome . I found all the staff very welcoming and happy. I was offered hot drinks while I was waiting for my motorhome to be cleaned which I can say they did a great job. I was also helped with packing my new van with all my belongings from the van I traded in nothing was a problem to them. I would certainly go back if I decided to upgrade again.

Purchased not the most expensive motorhome from this company and was extremely pleased with not only the sales side (help and information given) but the aftersales side was beyond excellent. Could not fault them. Would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.

We were given mis-information on some of the operating procedures for our new motor home, which resulted in a very stressful and non-enjoyable first night. We were also given a power lead which had reverse polarity and had obviously not been tested as suitable for the van. This exaggerated some of the (non) operational issues. We returned to the Service Centre the next morning and all these issues were addressed, explained and corrected quickly and professionally be a different member of staff.

We found all staff very pleasant however training needs to be more complete on handover. Maybe typed instructions on basic operations could be of use to future buyers.
