I give them zero stars but as I have to give 1, I have. Ordered a bracelet and necklace from them that took ages to come. Two weeks later the bracelet broke. Requested a new one, which they said they’d send. Three months later, it’s still not arrived and they just ignore my emails. Absolute scam of a company, do not buy from these. Save yourself the hassle and money.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM SOLVERA JEWELLERY!!! There jewellery is a joke! I ordered 2 lots of bracelets on offer 2 for 1 price it would have been £90 so got for £45, they were not worth £4.50!! They were literally falling to pieces! I was promised another set but after constant emails to them have still not received anything! I asked for my money back but nothing! It’s a complete scam!!!

I ordered a bracelet and necklace in January I received 2 bracelets and I have sent many emails but they have not sent me the necklace I paid for ! Terrible communication just keep saying they will send it now it’s March and no reply to my messages Do Not Buy from this company!!

I wouldn’t even give one star!! Their customer service is absolutely disgusting!!! I order this back in December and still not received anything!! Constantly chasing it up and have now been offered 20% refund absolute joke!! Do not order from this absolute joke of a company!!! Nothing but a scam!!!

These items are not worth buying ! Ordered a bracelet and necklace on the 4th of Jan they came today 19th Jan in the most awful packaging,no box or designer pouches as described on other reviews also company strates they are in London but my package came from china, they look cheap and nasty and was a waste of money

Stay clear of this company!! I ordered £90 worth of items and they sent me £29 worth and claimed they sent all 6 items but they dropped the ball as each bracelet weighs 0.11kg… which x2 bracelets equals 0.22 kg does it not… AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEIR PRINTED ADDRESS LABEL STATES!! I’ve just had a response saying they sent all 6 and that I’m a liar … well I’m just glad I have this evidence and paid on a credit card so I will be claiming my money back!

Ordered over £90 worth of stuff before coming they promised me high quality goods and that they are throughly checked do not believe this lie they are nothing but a scam , the orders took over 3 weeks to come and when they finally did come they are the cheapest looking thing I’ve seen you can get better at a market , they also come with gems missing so they’ve purposely sent me damaged goods and trying to get them to send me the return address was a nightmare and when they finally did I now have to pay over £20 to return it even though they’ve sent me faulty goods nothing but a scam not sure how they are allowed on google with false advertising

Ordered a necklace and earrings set - expected it to come in gift box as advertised. It sold from UK and was delivered from Asia. I ordered on the 15th December and it arrived 5th Jan in a cheap plastic bag and looked like it was from pound shop! I will never buy again!
I do not believe the reviews that have said that their order was good one bit.
Don't waste your money.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Told me they were in London to find out they actually in Asia. Waited 3 weeks. For 3 bangles that came in just a envelope. Contacted their customer service. And all I can say is I’ve no words. Horrendous place

I bought the necklace and bracelet.
It took a while to come but maybe due to Christmas period.
When it came i was very happy with the packaging and the jewelery was so beautiful 😍
It was a gift and when my daughter seen it she was so happy of how it looked..
There was pouch tissue paper and a card and a box and bag...that came with it.
Couldn't ask for better.
Will buy again !!!

I received my order dior chain and bracelet, got on boxes and bags very posh dior bags quality is on top ,amazing looking for the price ,happy customer and will buy again

I ordered over four weeks ago and still the goods have not arrived.
I have sent emails and messages on social media and still no one has responded.
Avoid at all cost unless you like throwing money in the bin.
If I could rate this company a zero I would.

Ordered, came three weeks later than due. I was away. Marked as delivered. They agreed a refund. Didn’t so I chased them, for them to then tell me they won’t refund they will offer me a 20% refund!! So I lose 80% of my money! Avoid this company absolute con artists

Ordered an LV necklace for and xmas present for my daughter and as this was on BOGOF her friend could also have one too. Have only been sent one out and cannot get in touch with anyone. My email to speak to someone has bounced back to me. Not happy at all!!

Ordered buy one get one free bracelet . No issues arrived but not really happy with the quality . Paid £29.99 and feel it looks cheap also not packaged nicely just in a plastic bag . Looks like a bracelet that you would pay a few pounds for so feel ripped off even for 2 brackets . Wouldn't buy from them again

I orderd a "Lottie bracelet " for my sister who's daughter Lottie past away. I realised that it was buy one get one free, however at checkout this didn't happen. I have continuously emailed the company and didnt get much help. Upset and dissapointed

I am extremely pleased with both the excellent value for money and the outstanding quality of the products I received. Everything arrived in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations. I will most certainly be placing additional orders in the future and would highly recommend this shop to others.
