The process of ordering replacement brakes was easy and fast. Disapointed I had to replace the brakes on a shower chair less than a year old.

Highway Robbery
The small piece of fabric for our shower buddy chair was highway robbery at $68 with shipping. You guys are taking advantage just cause everyone else is. Shame on you!

Unfortunately when there is low volume the price does go up. Our chairs are built using great materials and we dont sell much parts. We add a very little mark up on parts. Most equipment today is disposable and most manufactures dont sell replacement parts. I am sorry it feels like a robbery. Thats not the intent.

Easy to order from the Website
Website was easy to order from - it made clear which strut would fit our chair. Ordered Tuesday and received it Friday. Delightfully fast.

I am very pleased with my experience. My email was addressed within hours and a follow up call came as I requested. They are easy to work with and we’re able to help me to confirm my measurements for the Shower Buddy. The shipment arrived within a week. Great service great product!

Very easy to find the correct part and also easy to order.
Sent and received in a quick manner. The part fit correctly and was good quality.
We have had a shower buddy for a few years and it is a quality product. We use it for our daughter who has spina bifida.

Needed unusual replacement part
I called needing small part that was not listed in the catalog. Oscar went above and beyond in helping me identify the part, finding the part and shipping it out very quickly. He was very pleasant and personable- it was an unexpectedly great customer experience which seems rare these days.

I have had a shower chair for 2yrs and I have replaced almost every part. The chair is terrible, unreliable and the parts are expensive.

We are sorry you are having issues with you chair. If you can email me at israel@sb.care with the serial number I can help you get warranty parts. This should not happen. We have users on our chairs for over 10 years. We do see casters get replaced after a few years of use but that's about it.
