Elizabeth Hoang was so very kind and helpful in getting me the petit shower chair cushion for my son. She went above and beyond for us.

I needed a replacement wheel for a ShowerBuddy chair. In general, the chair is great, but the wheel rusted even though I take it apart and drain after every use (I didn't know to do this at first). So, I don't feel I should have needed a replacement wheel, and with delivery it cost about $65.
I first found and used a showerbuddy email address, but they forwarded my request to solutionbased. Once that happened, the order fulfillment was just fine.

Wonderful customer service! Very helpful. Replaced a part on my Shower Buddy foldable shower chair. Ordered wrong part. You sent me a return authorization for the wrong part and sent me the proper part all in a matter of a few days. I’m a happy customer and will recommend to friends. Problem solved.

I bought an SG2 on mistake, so I bought an SG3 as well. Walmart would not cooperate with me to return the SG2. However, Solutionbased came to the rescue and sent me a return label to process my refund. The SG3 works PERFECTLY. Great company.

I have found that the Solution Based website is not overly easy to use when trying to find replacement parts for the SB1 shower buddy system that my quadraparetic husband needs to use every day, but so far the replacement parts have been satisfactory.

The ShowerGlyde bench arrived early. I was able to assemble it and make adjustments for a solid fit in our bathroom configuration because of the clear instructions. Everything is working well -- as was hoped! Thanks for this incredibly helpful solution!

Spoke to them via email due to our 7 year old Showerbuddy Chair that needed some parts due to wear and they were so helpful. They sent me the exact link with parts already picked out just had to fill in details. Ordered them and received them within a week. They were so helpful and we truly appreciated their help. Love the Showerbuddy chair it’s so sturdy and has made handling my disabled sister at home so much easier, so happy we were able to replace the parts.

I have the LyftChair and it’s amazing. It’s for people who are not only seriously impaired but for those of us that need and want some extra support. Like for people that wear Medical Alert Units.

Received just what I ordered and needed. The item came sooner than expected.

I have I have owned the shower glide for over 2 years. My husband's disabled it works wonderful for him. I wrote in a Facebook ad that it was all perfect except that it didn't have arms. Solution base team answered and sent me a link that I could now buy arms to put on my shower glide. I ordered them the same day they came rapidly very easy to install and they make the shower glide seats so much more stable for my husband he feels safe in it. Thank you for the response and we love the shower glide

Would never buy direct from this company again!!! Ordered a shower chair and it didnt work so sent it back and these jerks made us pay $125 shipping!!!
