So many things contributed to such a positive experience with Solid-Merch.

- Submitting the order and uploading everything via your step by step template was extremely easy.
- Customer success was not only very quick to reply, but courteous and helpful.

- We were expecting to receive the records in July, but they arrive in TWO days from Prague to CA, the day before our record release show!! We had records for our show, which was not expected at all! We couldn't believe the quick turn around.

- Finally, we were a bit nervous about the sound of the vinyl as we waived the test pressing, but when we received them, not only did they look fantastic, but they sounded great as well.

We could not be happier with Solid-Merch and will recommend to any band that asks. In fact our sister band is now pressing with you.

First off, the customer service i received from Nick was outstanding. He was very professional and friendly when answering my questions. Kudos to him. In over 20 years of releasing music and dealing with pressing plants, duplication services etc, he was the best I've come across.

The records themselves look and sound fantastic. The quality was far beyond what I expected. Thank you to the entire team that worked on the project.

You guys made it happen! Our short run records came in before our album release, June 9, 2023. The records sound great and one of your guys caught a mistake I made in the album track listing before they got pressed. Thank you guys! We look forward to using you again in the future!

There was a printing error on both labels. The error was clearly on their end, as the artwork submitted and the proofs still available on the website show no error. But every single label was misprinted. I have contacted Solid about the error but have yet to receive a response. This ruined an otherwise perfect interaction.

The patches came out amazing, beat my expectations!

You guys did a phenomenal job! Shirts look great, exactly what we were looking for. 100% will be back to reorder.
