A fantastic company
It is an absolute pleasure to deal with Solenco. I have a Meaco fan that stopped working and in just over a week it has been collected from Knysna, repaired in PE and returned in perfect working order. The service they provide is amazing, and yes the Brands they sell are more expensive than the regular brands, but they are high quality brands backed by excellent service. So unique for South Africa. Well done Solenco!!!

Always the best service. I added a product to my "notify me" as it was out of stock, received the email when it was restocked, placed my order and received constant updates on the status of my delivery which arrived on time. Always a pleasure shopping with Solenco.

Fast and efficient service
My query was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by the agent. He sent me a picture of the item was wanting to buy, plus a link to make the payment. There were several options for payment and I paid via SnapScan which was easy and quick.
I also received regular emails updating me on the status of my order and delivery details.
