Good communication but just too many emails one to confirm the order one for delivery out notice and one for receipt is sufficient. think I received about 9 emails. The 10% discount offered made me cancell my order with yuppy chef but if i didn't see that email you would have lost a sale. maybe best to offer lower pricing from the start or signup discount.

I purchased the Arete 2 and have never been happier. Energy consumption is very low and it is easy to empty. Being a Smart device it has afforded the ability to pre-program a schedule and runs perfectly and effectively even with an open window. Delivery was quick. Highly recommend the company and the item.

Professional and fast.
I needed a remote for an older model of a Meaco fan. Not only did Solenco have it in stock, they delivered it at my door within 24hrs. Great service.

I received the filter on time
I received the filter on time, but when I fitted it, the light still showed yellow. I called Solenco and the consultant told me the sensor probably needed to be replaced, but I should first try blowing onto the sensor with the hairdryer, which I did (cool function). But it still showed yellow afterwards. I already had the machine serviced by you once before because of a faulty sensor, and now have to do it again!. It's a very costly air purifying system, with the regular change of air filter, and faulty sensors. If I would have been told that at @Home, where I purchased it, I wouldn't have bought it.

We’re glad the replacement filter reached you on time, but we understand how disappointing it is when the indicator does not reset as expected, especially given that you’ve previously had the unit serviced for a sensor-related issue. That’s certainly not the ownership experience we aim to provide, particularly for a premium air purification system.
The filter indicator is linked to a usage and air-quality sensor, and in rare cases the sensor can become faulty, which may cause the light to remain yellow even after a new filter is fitted. While troubleshooting steps like cleaning the sensor can sometimes help, it’s clear in your case that this has not resolved the issue.
We’d really like the opportunity to put this right for you properly. Please could you email us at info@solenco.co.za with your details, referencing this review, so we can arrange a full assessment and resolve the sensor issue as quickly as possible.
