This was my second hotel booking with Solartrip.
I had already booked a hotel with them a year ago and when I needed to book another one in November, I remembered that I had cashback from the last booking and decided to book a hotel with them again. I am delighted with their incredible speed of response from their customer service. I mistakenly booked a room without breakfast. The booking was 12 hours before check-in and their customer service resolved this issue. Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception told me that they had made changes to my booking and breakfast was included.
And when I booked a hotel with them for the first time, I wanted to make sure that a baby cot would be installed upon arrival at the hotel and their customer service promptly contacted the hotel and confirmed that the baby cot would be installed by our check-in. It is very nice that they are always in touch and you can rely on them.
They also credit cashback to an internal account for each booking, which is easy to use for future bookings.
Highly recommend.
