I booked WORST EXPERIENCE – DO NOT BOOK WITH SOLARTRIPbusiness class but was…
I booked business class but was downgraded to economy without any explanation. I immediately requested SolarTrip to cancel my booking and issue a refund. I even called the airline, and they confirmed that only SolarTrip can process the cancellation.
Despite this, SolarTrip repeatedly told me to contact the airline — completely ignoring the airline’s confirmation. I forwarded all the emails and proof from the airline showing that SolarTrip is responsible, but their support has been useless, unhelpful, and unresponsive.
Months have passed, and I still haven’t received my money back.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not care about their customers, do not resolve issues, and simply pass you around.
Avoid SolarTrip at all costs. If anything goes wrong, you will be left stranded and out of pocket.

Sudden cancellation without a reason a trip with Solar Trip
booked a trip with Solar Trip, only to have it suddenly canceled without any explanation at all. No apology, no reason, nothing – just a cancellation out of nowhere. To make matters worse, they informed me that I have to wait up to 30 days to get my money back. This is completely unacceptable and I need them now because I have to rebook a new tickets and I don’t have any more.
When a company cancels a trip, the least they can do is communicate clearly and refund immediately. Instead, I’m left frustrated, disappointed, and without any trust in their service. Very unprofessional and unreliable – I would strongly advise others to avoid booking with Solar Trip.

We want to clarify that bookings made through travel agencies may not be visible on carriers' websites. This is a common practice by airlines and often beyond our direct control. However, it doesn't restrict your ticket actions. With your reservation code (PNR) the airline can always locate your booking and assist you with any necessary actions.
We operate fully online and offer 24/7 support via chat to promptly assist you with any questions, including checking booking status and helping with changes where fare rules permit.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had
I never imagined I’d have to deal with such unprofessional support
I asked a simple question: Can I book a seat on the flight through you?
After a very long wait, they finally replied saying I can book through the airline’s website or at the airport!
It was such a lazy and unhelpful response – either the agent was clueless or just being sarcastic
There’s no way this was a real customer service representative
