"Excellent Service from Start to Finish!"
The moving and packing crew was phenomenal. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated all my belongings with care. The team was friendly, professional, and really helped make a stressful day much easier. Highly recommend!

The team were responsive to my emails and queries, they’ve been helpful from the first contact.

On the day the packing crew (Adam and James, I think!) were professional and really efficient, they got everything packed up quickly and thoroughly.

Now just to wait for things to arrive on the other end!

Very helpful service and efficient packing. Hopefully it all arrives ok. My only issue was estimating volumes being moved - not my day job - and once it was clear I had more space available it was too late.

Great experience so far with Solaris. Chloe was really helpful on the initial call and Courtney has kept us well informed about next steps and swiftly answered any queries we had. Tony and Lee came to pack up our stuff last week and were friendly and efficient. Hoping the next steps in the process are as smooth!

Thank you Solaris :)

Excellent service so far from Courtney Foy, Chloe sayers and packing crew.
Thank you for your hard work.

Very responsive, great communication throughout the process. Moving team was friendly and efficient. I would use them again for future moves and would recommend.

Chloe was great on the inital liaison, accommodating a change of requirement and working with us flexibly on requirements, responding quickly to messages at all hours and at weekends. Mark, Martin and Jon were superb on the packing. Fast, efficient, careful, extremely polite and always so positive at a time which can be stressful. I can't recommend this team enough based on our experience. PS Mark even remembered it was my wife's birthday.

A very lovely and attentive team! Were super efficient when packing my things. I was recommended Solaris by a close friend who has moved with them prior, have had no disappointments whatsoever. :)

Honestly, I searched high and low for my relocation company and received many quotes. SOLARIS were by far the most competitive, whilst still having the best reviews. Considering all the back and forth queries about things that I can and can not ship, my contact Chloe was always quick to reply and answered my queries. Once that was all finalised, I was moved over to Courtney who was as helpful and we arranged the moving date. The proof in the pudding that I had made the right choice was when the SOLARIS crew turned up to package all my 'valuables' - their speed, efficiency and care were incredible !!!! I honestly couldn't believe how hard working, professional and friendly the guys were. SOLARIS really have been ACE from day 1 and so far every engagement has been 5 star. It's made something, like an international relocation, so much less stressful ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

From start to finish everything was great, Courtney was super helpful.
The packing crew were both amazing and really lovey guys

Great service from the team (Chloe and Richard were my main contacts) and packing crew at Solaris. Extremely helpful and accommodating throughout. Made the process simple. Packing crew were great too - arrived on time, friendly and efficient. The collection of my belongings could not have gone any better.

Amazing job packing up and moving our 4 bedroom house. Lee and Tiny were professional, friendly, and super helpful. Would definitely hire again.

Richard and the packing crew were professional and incredibly efficient. The initial quotation process was also handled pleasantly and professionally, offering a competitive price with an accurate estimate. There were no hidden costs, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

The packing crew was great. Efficient and helpful. Thanks.

Great job! Items packed from storage last week and are on their way to me in the UAE. The packing team were 100%, on time, polite and efficient. A pleasure to deal with!
Many thanks, Daniel

We have only had the collection of the goods so far, but so far so Good. John and the crew who collected on Friday 28th March were quick, professional and did a great job at packing. Really thankful. The comms from the team have also been great thus far. Fingers crossed all goes well with shipping and on the other end!

Goods shipped from London to the UAE. I packed the items in boxes myself while Solaris packed the furniture. There were lots of fragile items in the boxes I packed myself but as I packed these properly only three small items were damaged. All and I mean all of the furniture Solaris packed were badly damaged. They wrapped the furniture in brown paper with no padding or bubble wrap. How on earth do you protect marble and vintage wooden furniture in brown paper for shipping?! The marble on two items of furniture were badly chipped, one of the legs of my desk was broken clean off so was the leg on a chest of drawers and all of the other furniture were chipped and badly scratched. I cried when my furniture was delivered. From my experience, I cannot recommend Solaris. I am not sure if the damage happened with Solaris or with their local partner, Interem Relocations, but with how the items were packed for shipping, I’m not surprised with the damage that happened. Unfortunately, I was working while they were doing the packing so I didn’t notice how the furniture was packaged and they assured me that they were professionals, which I trusted. I wish I never used them as thousands of pounds worth of furniture has been badly damaged.

Fantastic crew! Daniel, Mark and Gyula were great at making our moving day as stress-free as possible! Highly recommend

Excellent customer service from management team from first enquiry to departure of goods.
Dave, Adam and the rest of the removal team were superb: Efficient, polite and very hard working. Well done all round.

Thanks to Reuben and the Crew for a quick and efficient pack up of our stuff.

Great experience with Solaris so far.
