I purchased something on the Sojos website and it wasn't until I contacted the company a week later that I was told it was not available. I am giving 3 stars because I was issued a prompt refund.

I ordered 2 pair of prescription sunglasses from here for the first time, one of the pair actually sold out and they contacted me immediately to inform me and see if I wanted a different option. Once o received my prescription sunglasses they were both literally better in person! However, I actually entered the wrong the prescription on one of them. I contacted customer service and they’re able to replace the for me with the correct prescription. Overall I had a great experience, I love both sunglasses, super stylish!

I ordered Sojos prescription sunglasses after owning a couple non-prescription Sojos sunglasses ordered from Amazon. I liked being able to try on the regular pairs first before ordering prescription. They are affordable sunglasses compared to several other sites and I think the price accurately reflects quality. Overall, I'm happy with the crisp lenses, haven't noticed issues with glares, believe I got what I paid for, and would recommend to a friend. I do hope they post more dimensions of products on the website in the future - I went to Amazon for those.

I purchased two pair of the Hipster party frames and as an eyeglasses wearer for almost 30years these have been my favorite frames! I repurchased another 2 pairs with my updated prescription and ran into an issue but customer service was quick, helpful and resolved my issue without any problems or delay. I can’t recommend Sojos enough and I will remain a returning customer!

The quality and timeliness were very good. I love my new sunglasses and new cheaters!!!

UPDATE: I am revising my review from 2 stars to 4. Shortly after seeing my review the company contacted me, apologizing and offering a refund, which I accepted. They did also provide information that they tried to resend the glasses, but it must have been to another wrong address because they ended up in Perth Australia. I live in the United States!!
I appreciate the communication and the refund, however the process was frustrating.

First order the company sent to an incomplete address so the shipping company returned it. This should not have happened!

Sojo said they would resend but never did. They did not refund, either.

I had to place a second order for the same product and pay for rushed shipping to get it. So I paid more than double for an ok product.

Will not be ordering from them again.

Poor customer service. Poor communication. Not worth the time wasted. Honestly, I would have been better off spending more money elsewhere to get my glasses.

The Customer Service is excellent. I have purchased 5 pair of glasses and love them all. I had a problem with one but Sojos is sending a new pair no charge.

Was easy to order my 2 pair of glasses one is readers and the 3 sunglasses. They came in a timely manner, well packaged so that they were intact when I received them..I've gotten lots of compliments on both pair. Will be ordering more.

The quality and the timeliness of delivery. My glasses were everything I expected. Love the leopard case!!

They’re super cute and stylish. I’m not sure that the lenses are great quality as they’re a little foggy or seems. Very cute though!

The prescription sunglass frames I ordered are cute, but unfortunately, that is the only good thing I can say. The lenses are such poor quality:( The glare and rainbows that come off the inside of the lenses, totally defeat the purpose of them being sunglasses - it is blinding and makes me have to close my eyes when the sun hits them in certain directions. I ordered progressives and that in itself makes everything blurry, distorted and gives a very bad fishbowl effect. I cannot wear them. They were only $60, so you definitely get what you pay for, so I guess I should've known better! If you're only oredering frames w/o prescription, it may be worth the long wait to get them, but I still think they're cheap/poor quality all around.
