I have not received my order & it’s been over a month. Therefore, I rate this service a zero.

I really loved the Revive reading glasses. I had my first pair for 2 years. Then they got sat on and broke. I ordered a new pair and apparently checked the wrong box and got just the frames. It is extremely comforting knowing that the customer service is always prompt and ready to resolve any issue. It was my mistake in the ordering. They are sending me the reading glasses that meant to order and there is no extra charge. Very friendly, very accomodating, very customer satisfying. It feels more like dealing with friends than with some obscure nobody! 5 stars in every department, especially the help staff.

Very Cheap quality, extremely slow shipping time.

I received what I purchased it looked like the pictures and the prescription for my glasses was well done. However a feature is needed to see what you look like with them on before purchasing.
