Outstanding customer service
Service was excellent, knowledge of products, materials was outstanding, no pressure to buy which was key and staff warm and friendly. Beats most other companies

10/10 customer service
Jo was absolutely brilliant with all the 101 questions I had and didn’t look at all fed up when I asked her about multiple sofas. She definitely took her time to explain everything I needed to know. Nice to see a store who still put customers time and listen.
