THE STAFF COULD NOT BE ANY MORE HELPFUL WHEN PICKING MY NEW SOFA GREAT SELECTION INSTOREAND A QUICK TURN AROUND FOR DELIVERY JUST WHAT I WANTED.

We bought a Sofogy ex-demo which was delivered just outside the 3 week delivery time window. Communication wasn't great - it was down to me to chase the order and contact them to arrange the delivery. I think if you are buying a sofa you have to be realistic that these are effectively used products. Our sofa has wear and tear on the arms and back, one of the legs is wobbly and one side creaks when you lean on it. It stands to reason that these products will have been packaged / unpacked and moved around show rooms as well as just sat on by potential buyers - so they are very different to new products. Once it's delivered you may have to pay a collection fee to have it taken back if you are not happy - so I'd bear this in mind as you are weighing up if an ex-demo unit actually represents value for money.

No issues with the very reasonable price of a Sofology footstool, no issues with the ordering process. But then, a two-three week delivery time for something that doesn't need to be manufactured? Also no updates, and each time I messaged (at least a dozen times) and asked why the tracking link goes to a broken website, I was never given a response. Then when I booked a delivery I was told I would be given a two hour window and someone would be in touch. No-one was in touch. I messaged again. "Oh, no that's for Sofology customers. Our window is 7am to 6pm." I pointed out that they might want to talk to the delivery company about their customers being given wrong information. I feel conflicted complaining, as the product is fine and the delivery guys were great. But I was never able to track my order and it took nearly a month to arrive. I won't be using this company again.

Great chairs at an unbelievable

Bought a beautiful foot stool which was too large for our space. Refunded no quibble and located a smaller one which was a perfect match for the sofa we have, Went out of the way to locate correct product. Kiane looked after the refund and sale process and handled everything perfectly. Amazing products at a fraction of high street prices.

Fantastic company, ordered from there website, two matching three seater settees with footstools for a bargain price.
Delivery guys noticed a small mark which they cleaned with there products and even left the cleaning kit with us.

We bought a footstool that matched our dfs settee. The seller was first class. Totally honest and reliable and answered all questions fast via ebay. To book delivery was busy but messaged seller and he responded fast and we then got through and the lady was lovely. footstool arrived 2 days later and it's absolutely perfect and so much cheaper than the shop (dfs) was kept informed at all times. Even driver phoned us enroute. This seller and his company is amazing and we would thoroughly recommend him anytime. Thankyou so much. We would buy from him again too. Thanks

Visited and purchased a sofa from the Warrington store two weeks ago, the sofa we bought cost us half the price of the one we had originally seen in Sofology. The guy we dealt with could not have done more to help us, excellent customer service and now 2 weeks later the sofa has been delivered, unpacked and set up and is absolutely perfect! Could not recommend this store more. Outstanding customer service !

Delivery slot impossible to book

I’ve been calling all day. The call is answered by an automated system, you press 2 for booking a delivery slot and then wait. And wait. And wait. And nothing – except music being played.

I’ve just put the phone down after the latest attempt and a 12 minute wait. Very frustrating and appalling customer service when they've emailed me and asked me to contact them!

I’ve just taken a video of the latest experience, the phone call, the music, and the wait so I can share to their customer experience channels on social media.
